Dès son ouverture en hiver 2012, Saint Sushi est rapidement devenu une des références sushi à Montréal autant pour ses saveurs que l’ambiance hip-hop festive qui y règne dans son local. Down to earth staff, excellent service, top of the line quality & there is love all around. You see they pour their hearts in their work of art & that it brings them utter joy when their customers are pleased. I actually don't know if im more excited to see all the awesome souls or to indulge in the best sushis in town. #saintsushi4life ❤️
via LibroGood food & service. The wait staff made excellent recommendations, actually ensuring that we didn't over order. The only negative was the noise factor which made it hard to have a conversation with our friends, The room is long & narrow which resulted in amplification of voices & music. We asked our waiter to turn down the music which he did for a brief period. To sum up, we liked the food & service, but the noise negatively affected our experience.

via LibroThe Sushi was excellent but the ambience was "too young". The owners of this lovely restaurant should realize that the average age of the local population is well over 60. Many do not operate only by cell phone & cannot handle background noise or music that is only for those under 30. Also, we are of an age that we are 'surprised' to be served by a scruffy looking guy with a 'cool' t-shirt & backward baseball cap on. Yes, those doing the sushi making should have their heads covered but not the waiter. The head waiter was very nice & helpful, however. I am sorry to say we would not recommend Saint Sushi to friends over the age of 50. All the best!
