We're no experts in Indian cuisine, but my wife & I really enjoyed the meal here. We ordered the recommended dishes on the menu (with the green heart): Chicken 65, Shrimp Mollée, Dhaba Chicken, & Lamb curry. The lamb was my favorite, everything else was delicious as well.
Pricing for main platters is a bit high imo, as there are really not many blocks of meat for ~$20. The $10 appetizer of Chicken 65 has 3x the quantity of protein vs a main platter.
Amazing place! Cozy atmosphere, the food is really good, the service is perfect, prices are reasonable. I had a great time & I definitely recommend this restaurant!
Went to Sahib’s dorval location for dinner tonight. What a great experience. The food was delicious. We ordered a bunch of dishes. The chutney chicken was amazing. The service & ambiance is great. One of the nicer Indian restaurants in montreal. Prices are a bit high but the food won’t disappoint. Decor is fresh & light. The owner is on site welcoming guests & making sure everyone is enjoying their experience. I am Indian & i will attest the food is on par with top restaurants in India. I’ll be back!

3 rd time is a charm. I organise my friend birthday. We were a group of 11. Wonderful food, Wonderful service as always. Thanks to our Wonderful waitress.
Decided to try Sahib's new venue in Dorval. The decor is nice. The dinnerware colorful & the food is great like always. I wish them all the best & they have a nice terrasse for the summer.
I live an hour away from Sahib but it is worth the drive & more. I was first introduced to this restaurant a month ago by a friend, & immediately within a week I came back again with my family - I just couldn't stop thinking about the food. We had the aloo tikki & samosas to start, which were delicious & plenty filling on their own, but topped by a generous portion of equally tasty chickpeas, sauce & yogurt. At this point, I'd also ordered a mango lassi to wash it down, which was perfect - sweet & refreshing, but not overly sweet. I then had the thali which was well worth the price, & came with a bit of everything - tandoori chicken that was nice & juicy, lamb curry that was tender & rich, chickpea curry (one of my personal favourites), plenty of rice & naan (paired perfectly with both curries), & dessert to boot! Every one of the staff was incredibly friendly & welcoming as well, from the owner to the waiters to even the chef. One of the most comforting dining experiences I've had, & I couldn't recommend it more - I will definitely be coming back again soon!
Staying near YUL this week & wanted to try Sahib for the first time. This is the BEST Indian food I've ever had. Just picked up takeout & got the Channa Masala. Outstanding

I really enjoyed my meal at Sahib Dorval. The inside was bigger than I thought & the waiters were kind & customer focussed. I asked the manager/waiter for recommendations & everything he suggested was delicious. The prices are not cheap, but the quality is good. I also enjoyed my cocktail. I will definitely go back & am happy to have an Indian restaurant close to home.
This restaurant is by far my favourite Indian restaurant in Canada. The flavours are just incredible & very similar to a top restaurant back in India. The ambience just adds a cherry on top. I will for sure be returning to try new dishes.
Each dish was expertly & perfectly prepared. The meal was excellent. A sweet welcome was followed by a fun & caring service. Noise level was a bit above my comfort zone.

Great service, delicious food, the only issue is that the portions are a bit skimpy. If there was a bit more rice in the bowl, & a bit more meat on the plate this would be a 5 star rating.
I have dined there twice so far & will be back again. I can’t eat spicy food & they were able to accommodate me. Very friendly staff & owner & excellent food & portion sizes.
