We had an amazing experience at Sahib Restaurant during our stay in Montreal. The service was excellent from start to finish, & the food was truly outstanding-full of rich flavors & beautifully presented.
The decor is wonderful, creating a warm & elegant atmosphere that makes the dining experience even more enjoyable. What really stood out was the personal attention from the owners, who made it a point to visit every table & kindly suggest the best dishes, adding a very thoughtful & welcoming touch.
Overall, it was a fantastic visit, & we would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food, attentive service, & a memorable dining experience.
I had a very disappointing experience at Sahib Restaurant. We ordered the Paneer Tikka & Malai Mushroom, but both dishes seemed undercooked & tasted raw. The drinks were also overly salty & not enjoyable.
What made the experience even more uncomfortable was being asked for a tip at the end despite the poor quality of the food & overall experience.
Unfortunately, this visit did not meet our expectations, & I hope the restaurant takes customer feedback seriously & improves its food quality & service.
I have to first say what a beautiful restaurant! We had a great first impression & it continued throughout our meal & straight through dessert. My favourites were the tandoori shrimp, chicken verde & the daal makhani. The service was fantastic too. Thanks for making a beautiful restaurant & delicious dishes! We will definitely be back! Big thanks to Manisha!

Sahib Indian Restaurant offers rich, authentic flavors in a warm & welcoming setting. The dishes are well-spiced, freshly prepared, & full of traditional taste. Friendly service & generous portions make it a great choice for anyone craving quality Indian cuisine.
Taste of the food is anazing. Superb cozy ambience. Ramayana wall sculptures are amazing.
Only downside is that the quantity of all dishes is very very less. Hardly two people can eat. If a person is a good eater then whole dish for 1 person. Quantity is that less.
Superb positive is that staff is really very friendly & nicely trained.
Very pleasant setting & service. The dishes came in promptly & elegantly served. I would describe the cuisine as a good combination of traditional taste with a hint of a modern twist. We had the butter chicken & lamb bhanoo which were spiced perfectly to our taste.
Third time there! Love the food, they make the dishes spicy for me. Fresh ingredients, restaurant is new , clean & modern. I highly recommend visiting the Sahibs in Dorval! You won't be disappointed
We were a group of 6 people last Saturday & my husband & I first time. WOW what a great place‼️ The food was delicious & fresh.My husband is Portuguese & I am Italian. We are very picky. Best Indian Restaurant we've ever been. The service was great too. Always to help & serve us. Timing of serving the food impeccable too. Definitely we will go back Many thanks to the owner who took the time to speak to us many times over. Also explains the dishes & made recommendations which we all appreciated. Thanks to staff too who are very friendly. ❤️❤️❤️
Fantastic food! Having spent a lifetime of cooking & eating Indian food, studying it, travelling to India, & living in London for many years, where Indian restaurants are probably the most common place to dine out, I was delighted to find such an amazing restaurant right here in Dorval. Familiar but fresh flavours, authentic dishes on a varied menu which includes old favorites like Vindaloo, Madras & Jalfrezi, but also some bold chinese/India fusion options (very trendy in India right now). The food was truly excellent (try the dahi puri starter for an explosion of fresh, spicy flavor), served in a comfortable & lovely ambiance. Service was friendly & perhaps a little slow, but they were very busy, & the food was still fast to come out of the kitchen. They also have Cobra beer on tap! Which if you are nostalgic about Indian restaurants in the UK will be a draw card for you. Prices really quite reasonable. Can't recommend highly enough! Go there.
