There's a lot to like about this place Like the atmosphere,food (specifically fried fish ).food is truly the star here.I been there every month .
The chicken 65 was one of the best l've ever had-incredibly tender & packed with species.Staff was so nyc & humble wanna give 5 stars to Grace .she was so sweet & Professional.
Going to visit again .

Fist time at Sahib, although my girlfriend new their other location.
Place is very clean, nice decor inside, but we sat on the terrace.
Chicken Tikka Masala was excellent. Not too busy so the service was excellent.

Very fancy atmosphere, I can never get tired of their amazing food. I usually get the butter chicken with their amazing garlic naan. But their chili chicken chowrangi is also super delicious. Their lamb biryani is to die for, lamb isn't dry; cooked to perfection & the service is top tier. Shout out to all the waitresses including Rajiv the owner for always making me feel welcomed & big props to chef for making amazing food. Best Indian restaurant in dorval ! Never disappoints

We ordered Butter chicken, Naan, rice & Onion Bhaji. The only good thing was the onion Bhaji. The butter chicken tasted like tomato soup. Just tomato sauce & cream. There was barely any Garam Masala or cumin in the flavour. The Naan was very hard to eat. Honestly wouldn't recommend for anyone that knows what butter chicken should taste like.

Disappointed in the taste, the tandoori chicken is like grilled chicken i find in maxi with lots of food coloring. This is my second negative experience, my very first experience was good but it doesn't seem to hold the taste anymore

We love this new location but the portions are smaller than just a couple of few months ago. Amazing baignan bharta, daal, saag is good but different amazing paneer. The chicken tikka used to be breast they now use thigh Chana masala is tiny & watery. The lamb is excellent quality & chicken tikka masala is my husband's favorite. 3.5 stars because of inconsistency, but I didn't dine-in so consider the impact if travel time & not being able to make personal preferences know to kitchen.

Very pleasant setting & service. The dishes came in promptly & elegantly served. I would describe the cuisine as a good combination of traditional taste with a hint of a modern twist. We had the butter chicken & lamb bhanoo which were spiced perfectly to our taste.

Excellent place for a nice Indian dinner. Lamb bhoona & chicken methi was amazing. Dahi Puri appetizer was out of this world.

If you're in Montreal & crave for authentic Indian food, Sahib is the place to visit. The chicken chilli chowrangi is a must have. Their butter chicken & prawns masala balti was exceptional as well. Don't miss their butter garlic naan! Five stars overall, but the only reason I have taken one star off is their their portion sizes are ridiculously tiny for the price. Really wish they had atleast 30-40% bigger portions.

A most pleasant dinner at Sahib Dorval. Greeted warmly by the owner who escorted us to our "quiet corner" that we had requested upon booking. Grace, our server, very professional & knowledgeable about all items on the menu & beverage selections. Timely delivery of our appetizers & then...the FEAST. Butter Chicken was perfect. Madras Lamb just right for our spice preference. Sides of Paneer Spinach, Lentils, Mixed vegetables, Naan & rice = a divine ride for our palates. Grace was attentive, anything we needed more of...bravo..a true professional service ! The owner passed by our table also asking if all was to our liking, light conversation with him as we have experienced their other location & we praised the ambience & comfort of this Dorval locale. Shell we be back? ABSOLUTELY. Excellent experience & memories made !

An outstanding dinner at Sahib Dorval. Warm greeting by the owner, escorted to our "quite corner" table for the four of us. Grace , our most professional server, took our drink order & in no time our beverages were delivered. Grace answered a few questions we had...& then were off for a feast for the eyes & our palates. Perfect spice profile ( which we were asked about...our taste & "tolerance" ) for each item. Butter Chicken & Madras Lamb were divine. Sides selected of the Paneer Spinach, Lentils & Mixed Vegetables rounded out our service. Naan ..perfect...rice ditto. Grace was attentive through our dining, assuring all was to our liking = a resounding YES from all four of us. The owner dropped by our table...we thanked him for a true culinary adventure & experience. Not our first time at Sahib Dorval, but is was for our friends...all agreed ..we SHALL be back! Food & Ambiance was great. Cleanliness A1. Service fantastic! Most important the food was delicious. The butter chicken was high quality meat & perfectly cooked. My favourite are the onion baji's!

First time at the new location & Sahib does not disappoint. The menu appears to be unchanged. King Cobra IPA was excellent. The salmon Tikka (my favourite) was exquisite, as was the butter chicken & the lentil soup. Still some of the best Indian food in the city.

Excellent service, food & atmosphere. Highly recommend the Chicken Tiki. We brought a toddler with us & the high chair was ready at the table with staff making sure we had an enjoyable time.
