We went to this place to take a few bites in between bars hopping, not hoping for much & yet, it managed to deceive us. The service was slow, it took at least 8mins to have our glasses filled with water & another 10mins to have our drinks order taken. The place was not busy for a saturday (kind of why we chose the place, thinking it would be faster than other places) The food took another 45mins & the waitress went back because she wasn't sure if we got birria or chicken tacos. The food was cold & not tasty. High deception. Overall, it seemed like a tourist trap or a young crowd of people who dont really know quality food. Save your money, for that money, eat a poutine.

I had a great time at Sabrosa! I ordered Birria tacos with beer & the food was absolutely delicious. Zachary, my server, was so warm, kind, & charming; he made sure I had an amazing experience. Highly recommend any tacos on the menu!
Had the enchiladas, Barria tacos, corn cob, & guacamole! I just got back from Mexico & can say the quality & authenticity is on point. Keep up the good work 😍
The food was amazing. We had the guacamole, barría tacos, el pastor tacos, & French fries.
The guacamole was very crisp & refreshing. The barría tacos were some of the best I've ever had. The el pastor tacos were very savory & delicious. The fries were the perfect level of crispness. They also served a green & red sauce that really added to the flavor of the tacos & found a way to make them even better than they already were.
Would come back again!

We had an absolutely lovely experience dining here. Here's what we ate:
- Papaya salad: It's not the same as Thai salads. Taste wise okay!
- Corn on the cob: Excellent!
- Fish tacos: Was good. Missed seasoning. Could have used more salt.
- Chicken tacos: Super flavorful. Really enjoyed these.
- The Obsession cocktail was really good.
Justin was a great server to us. :)
Highly recommend coming here.

Mexican fare in Old Montreal. Great location! It was just ok. Not a busy night, but food took very long to come out. Taste was ok, nothing special. Service is friendly.
I always hate to give negative review for any hard working small business, but here i have to.
Food was average, waitress who served us was very rude & untrained with pathetic service. We had offered 10% tip but during billing she demanded 15% tip even her service was awful & she was literally on our neck during billing. 15% tip is not a big deal but the way waitress behaved was not welcoming & it was insulting.
2 star for avg. food else it's 1 star due to service & behaviour. There are plenty of other good restaurants to choose & stay away from this if you can. Thank you!
Really good mexican restaurant in the old port! The ambience is super cozy, food is very good & decently priced for the location. Perfect spot for date night or with friends!
Great customer service, excellent menu recommendations as it was our first time, nice selection of draft beer, good taste in upbeat Latin music...we loved it all. A real treasure.
Really immaculate experience at this restaurant! The entrees to share we're exceptional & the tacos we're not bad. But the service was the best part of it! We were served by Justin & it made our whole experience all the much better. Definitely recommend & will be back!
