I shared the guacamole, birria tacos, & al pastor tacos. All delicious & good portion sizes. Unfortunately, the churros were still raw in the middle. Other than that, I look forward to coming back to try other dishes.
Best place I ate at in Montreal & for a crazy reasonable price! Beautiful location, we just walked in with no reservation during Canada Day, friendly staff, & amazing food.
I got the shrimp tacos & birria tacos which were insane. Also tried my friends enchilada which was also insane. Had a great time honestly. Would go back in a heartbeat.
Sabrosa is a beautiful place to dine in. The decor was absolutely divine & I will say the food was what really brought us it all together. You can never go wrong with birria tacos but the ones at Sabrosa were some of the most delicious & flavourful tacos I've ever had. The portions were generous, leaving all of us completely satisfied. Since we were a group of 6, we were charged a 5$ service fee & the waiter did not ask for additional tips, which we appreciated. We spent a great evening here & I will definitely be coming back to try the other items on the menu
❤?🌮
Highly recommend getting food & drink or even just cocktails!
Wonderful decor, really lovely atmosphere & good selection on the menu. Super friendly waitress who was so attentive, gave us recommendations & was serving everyone so well. Thank you for your great service!
Ordered a couple cocktails which tasted so lovely - good layers of flavour, texture & presentation.
We tried the tuna starter which was tasty, maybe a little too fishy, but came with great guac & elements. Papaya salad was refreshing & was lots of it.
Then had the fried chicken tacos & pork tacos - pork was outstanding, chicken was probably more fried batter than actual chicken but it was still tasty & nice selection of hot sauces on the side.
Wish we could've tried the prawn ceviche or the beef biria tacos as those looked great too.
Only slight downside was the price - it adds up quickly! But then the service, drinks & food overall was tasty.
Fantastic Mexican restaurant serving latin street food at its best! The tacos were out of this world & the staff was amazingly welcoming! The avocado dip was very fresh & tasty, the tacos melt in your mouth with the perfect balance of flavors. We ordered the Al Pastor Tacos & the Shrimp tacos- highly recommended!
Food soo good, we had to make a meme to express ourselves! Definitely recommend it to all taco lovers out there!
Guac & chips -5/5
Vegan taco -5/5
Ques- 5/5
Rice & bean -0/5 worst rice & beans ever . It was like packaged rice & old red beans
Drinks-5/5
Location ,presentation & service all is 5/5
We got the corn, birria tacos, & Al pastor tacos. Coming from California I actually found the tacos from here really good! In my personal opinion, the birria tacos were the best I have ever tried. Our waiter was awesome. The cocktails were delicious.
Belle decouverte!! les tacos birria sont délicieux!
le steak avec la salade de papaye, je recommande!
Merci, pour l'expérience.
I tried this restaurant on a whim & really enjoyed it. We were sitting on the terrace at first, but since there were too many bees, we moved indoors. We had the albacore tostada, birria tacos, & fish tacos-they were all delicious.
There weren't many people inside; on our side, we were the only ones. The staff were young & friendly.
They also have a secret bar near the bathroom, which I'm definitely planning to try one day.
There's no dedicated parking-street parking is limited, & if you can't find a spot, you'll need to pay for a nearby parking lot.
We loved visiting Sabrosa while on a girls trip in Montreal. It's right in the middle of all of the fun that Old Port has to offer. We enjoyed the tacos & loved that there were vegan options. Would love to visit again.
Excellent service from the staff🤌🏻the birria tacos were 10/10 & the mocktail 8/10. I would definitely return🤝
Had a wonderful Experience .
Tried the tacos & the Enchiladas. Both were amazing
100% recommend if you're looking for a place to eat Mexican food in & around the streets of the Old port area.
Prices were not bad as well
Stopped in here for lunch & had an awesome time. Everything we ate was very good but the beef tacos were a standout: a million calories of utter deliciousness. Also special mention to Felix, our waiter, who was chatty, charming & sweet; he added even more fun to our experience.
Made reservations for a Saturday night at this Latin American restaurant in Montreal .
Seated immediately & our waitress was great help & fun . We had an order of guacamole & tortilla chips . Nice & creamy guacamole.
Biria tacos with beef & Monterey cheese were awesome . They are accompanied by a beef consume which may be a bit heavy for some .
I enjoyed my dinner & despite service a little slow it was worth the wait for a Saturday night
All tacos are corn based making the meal gluten friendly
Sabroso is better than it has to be. Located on major strollway in tourist Montreal, the people watching has some fun to it if you are in the mood. The food was excellent. Al Pastor tacos full of flavor with well crafted marinade. Tuna empanada very fresh with lots of good radish & onion accents. Guacamole a little mild for my taste but fresh. Server was working very hard with too many tables & not enough support. Very personable young guy. Sit outside & just soak in the fashion show outside. You might get some tips🇨🇦😂
