Reviews describe Sabor Latino as a casual, welcoming hub that blends a Latin grocery, bakery, butcher, and restaurant, delivering authentic flavors, generous portions, and consistently friendly service. The atmosphere is lively and warm, with a wide range of Latin products and dishes like arepas, tacos, empanadas, and soups receiving strong praise for flavor and value. People highlight the variety and quality, calling it a hidden gem on the Plateau and a one stop shop for home cooking and Latin groceries. Some concerns appear, including occasional freshness issues with baked goods, questions about pricing, and a few service hiccups, but the overall impression is that Sabor Latino offers satisfying, authentic Latin experiences and is a go to spot for both meals and groceries in the city.
Great spot with several dishes (fajitas, quesadilla, pupusas, empanadas, arepas, etc..), expansive bakery (the churros were great), & a full grocery store with Latin American products. Definitely worth a stop!
I like this access to the Latin world it is like being there, they should have all your Latin needs covered, plus restaurant on site. I have also realized that they have great meat here. Very skilled, butchers & beautiful cuts of meat for anything really.
I've lived in Montreal all my life & never stepped inside of here before but better late than never. The menu is extensive with lots of vegetarian options & the service is polite & fast. The vibe & food are 100% authentic (they even specify from where each of the empanadas originate from.) I had the spicy vegetarian burrito & it kept me full & nourished all day. Healthy & delicious food at a great price. They have the option to eat in or take to go. Eat in you get your food on a plate & to go they put it in a plastic container or paper bag. Best to eat in to avoid the plastic but if you take the burrito it makes no difference.
Definitivamente el mejor sitio latino en Montreal para hacer las compras y comer las mejores empanadas, pan y arepas, es una conexión con nuestras raíces y no hablar del servicio, 10 de 10
Lots of choices to chose from. Tamal Colombian was pretty good. Packed with meat & veggie inside with a pickled red onions & salsa. Very filling for lunch. Churros were delicious with gooey caramel filling however it is cold. There is array of empanadas to choose from.

This has to be as close as you can get to a real Latin American style cafeteria in Montreal. The selection is huge & they prepare the food nice & quick. Prices are reasonable also in comparison to most restaurants. They feature some tasty baked goods & desserts as well. If you love latin food, you gotta check this place out.
I took the vegetarian plate & 2 Empanadas Argentinas which I really enjoyed (ask for spicy sauce for the Empanadas, you won't regret it) on the other hand I wouldn't recommend taking the tamales, not the best.
