We had breakfast here during our trip to Montreal & absolutely loved it! The food was authentic, fresh & full of flavour - it honestly reminded me of being back in Colombia. Everything we ordered was delicious, & the portions were very generous.

A special mention has to go to the plátano maduro con queso. The flavour of the plantain was amazing, & I really appreciated that it was made with cuajada cheese rather than mozzarella. It made all the difference & was absolutely delicious! 😋

The supermarket is also fantastic, with an excellent selection of Colombian & Latin American products. Whether you're looking for snacks, ingredients or drinks from home, you'll probably find them here.

The only suggestion I'd make is to consider offering table service rather than having guests queue to order, especially when the restaurant is busy. I think it would make the experience even better.

Overall, a fantastic spot that I'd happily recommend to anyone looking for authentic Colombian food & a great Latin American grocery store in Montreal. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the city!

Great supermarket for'sabores latinos'. What is more, excellent carnicero in place to help you choose the good cut (great selection for many'platos latinos'). This place deserves a visit. Beyond their selection of products from Latinoamerica, the small restaurant is great. Good empanadas, even better pasteles, great desserts.

Great atmosphere, staff is super friendly, the food is great , only place in town that I can find all my Latin food & treats inder the same roof . Yerba mate , Dulce de leche , empanadas , churros , all the good stuff !!!! Also there's a bunch of candy & sweet little stuff from all over the world !!! Great selection , super worth it , check it out.

Sabor Latino sur St-Laurent est une véritable pépite pour les amateurs de cuisine latine. Leurs empanadas sont savoureuses, bien garnies & faites maison avec des ingrédients de qualité. Chaque bouchée est un voyage gustatif authentique. En plus de leur cuisine, l'épicerie propose une belle sélection de produits latins difficiles à trouver ailleurs, parfaits pour recréer des recettes traditionnelles chez soi. This has to be as close as you can get to a real Latin American style cafeteria in Montreal. The selection is huge & they prepare the food nice & quick. Prices are reasonable also in comparison to most restaurants. They feature some tasty baked goods & desserts as well. If you love latin food, you gotta check this place out.
