Overpriced as expected in the airport with limited food options.
Very disappointing experience. The prices here are already extremely high for what they offer, but the long wait time made it even worse. We asked the staff politely about our order because we were tight on time, & the response was,'We are a restaurant, not fast food. If you're in a hurry, you shouldn't order.'
At an airport, of all places-that attitude was truly shocking.
Food quality was far from matching the price. The ramen was mediocre, & the $15 milkshake was almost flavorless, basically just cold foam with a hint of sweetness. Absolutely not worth the money.
Overall: overpriced, slow, & rude. With this level of quality & service, I would not recommend anyone to eat here, especially if you have a flight to catch.
Quite good for airport stand food. Overpriced but so is everything inside the terminal, so am not penalizing them for it. We got the tokyo sushi set & chicken teryaki soba. It was well packaged & easy to bring on the plane.
Out of spoons, out of eggs, no sushi (you had to get a prepackaged one with extra stuff at twice the price rather than order off the menu). Did replace my noodles after getting the protein wrong however. They call it ramen but it was an udon-like noodle in a pho broth. Expensive even for airport rates. Just avoid.
Nice fresh food options. Seems to have the most fresh & healthy food in this section of the airport. $58 later .... 🙄. Got a prepackaged salmon & salad dish ($32), small fresh fruit bowl ($9), GF muffin ($6) & two bananas ($4). Long day already & another long flight ahead hence the splurge.
This was a welcome sight!! So nice to see fresh sushi in the airport. A little expensive but the sushi was pretty decent.
