La serveuse est très froide & très lente au service j'étais seul au commerce & j'ai du attendre 30min pour recevoir mon sandwiche, juste pour ce service je vais jamais revenir manger ici.👎👎👎👎
Found a plastic cap in my bahn mi & had to throw it out. I went back & asked for a refund & the worker just stated that it happens & took the cap back.
On top of this we were charged 2$ more for one of the bahn mi & I was told to come back & speak to the manager. So plastic in the food, false pricing, & no customer service. Very upset & disappointed.

The service I've received here was amazing & impeccable. I didn't get the lady's name but I hope the owner notices this & commends her. The food was also great & made with much care. :)
Je suis très indulgente de nature mais là je me dois de dénoncer l'attitude irrespectueuse de M. Van. Il a fait payé 2 montants différents pour la même commande & au lieu de procéder au remboursement correctement, il a donné une note de crédit en faisant croire que ce serait un remboursement. Une simple erreur qui aurait pu être corrigée le jour même mais nous avons dû y retourner 3 jours plus tard car aucun remboursement reçu. Il n'était pas là alors la personne à la caisse qui nous a bien reçu, l'a appelé au téléphone pour qu'on puisse lui parler. Il a vite perdu patiemment parce que nous n'étions pas d'accord avec lui, pour finir par nous raccrocher au nez. Nous avons obtenu un remboursement en espèces mais je reste choquée de son attitude. Merci pour le calme & le respect de la dame à la caisse mais nous n'y retournerons jamais.

This place was awesome. Very great customer service & great welcoming atmosphere. The music that was playing was giving. Overall very great experience for my kids & I especially since we were visiting from the United States.
J'ai été vraiment impressionnée par le professionnalisme d'une serveuse. Malgré une cliente très impolie, elle est restée souriante, calme & respectueuse. Elle nous a ensuite très bien servis avec gentillesse & efficacité. Merci pour ton excellent service - tu as toute mon admiration ! 👏🙏
