I came after there official closing time but they still made me a delicious sandwich (no toasting because they put away their machines). Got a peach prosciutto, grape bread & fresh ingredients!

Food:
This genuinely blew me away. The focaccia was the star right away: airy, crisp on the outside, soft inside, & flavorful enough that the bread itself would have been worth eating on its own. The sandwich reminded me a lot of All'Antico Vinaio in the best way, with that same big, rich, satisfying style, but with its own Montréal market feel. The mortadella, pistachio, & stracciatella combination was excellent: creamy, salty, a little nutty, & packed into bread that actually held up to it. It felt indulgent without becoming sloppy or too heavy. Also, get the hot sauce on the side. They make it fresh, & it was incredible.

Service:
Quick & easy. Exactly what you want from a market stop where the food is doing most of the talking.

Summary:
Easy 5/5. This was one of those sandwiches where I knew immediately I'd want it again. A standout at Marché Jean-Talon.

Roxy Focaccia is absolutely amazing! The bread is always fresh, soft, & full of flavour, & their fillings are just as delicious. Everything tastes homemade & comforting, & you can tell they put so much love into what they make. Every bite is perfect! If you're looking for real, high-quality focaccia with great fillings, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
