Food:
This genuinely blew me away. The focaccia was the star right away: airy, crisp on the outside, soft inside, & flavorful enough that the bread itself would have been worth eating on its own. The sandwich reminded me a lot of All'Antico Vinaio in the best way, with that same big, rich, satisfying style, but with its own Montréal market feel. The mortadella, pistachio, & stracciatella combination was excellent: creamy, salty, a little nutty, & packed into bread that actually held up to it. It felt indulgent without becoming sloppy or too heavy. Also, get the hot sauce on the side. They make it fresh, & it was incredible.

Service:
Quick & easy. Exactly what you want from a market stop where the food is doing most of the talking.

Summary:
Easy 5/5. This was one of those sandwiches where I knew immediately I'd want it again. A standout at Marché Jean-Talon.

Si vos attentes sont grand vous pourrez être déçu surtout si vous avez regardé le Tik Tok les sandwichs son beaucoup moins garni que sur le post!!! Mais c'est quand même bon & le panini d'énergie belle grandeur …moi j'ai essayé celui au prosciutto & figues qui était délicieux !
