The chichen was fresh, moist & piping hot. But even better than the food was our waiter Guillaume who was on the ball & & provided top-notch service. Not only did he quickly offer refils on our drinks & coleslaws but he remembered I liked no ice in my drink. He is very kind & polite & at the top of our list of best servers we ever had. He is a huge asset to St-Hubert Vaudreuil.
This was out last visit. We arrived Sunday around 7:45PM, no water, not even a server until 8:05PM. Another table that arrived just after us received there order before us. There seemed to be enough staff. They just were not focusing on the clients. The coleslaw came in plastic. Maybe this is a new company policy. My chicken was dry, kids was OK, wife didn't really eat hers. We have noticed in general St Hubert's is going downwards in terms of dining experience. We are not expecting fine dining here, but we are expecting quick & clean, & service with a smile. The staff as you would expect were fairly young. I don't believe they've had the correct training in restaurant basic's. Another off the list. We are down to two in Quebec we will still set foot in. Good luck.
Driving through & stopped w a colleague ona work trip. Very clean & fast service. I had the rotisserie chicken leg peri peri style w vinegar coleslaw & fries. Sadly the vinegar coleslaw had no flavor, but the chicken was delicious. The fries came with gravy.
I have been a customer for many yrs. As old as your company. This last year I order a minimum twice a month. Unfortunately 4 out 10 it is awful. Chicken dehydrated, French fries cold. Forget xsauce cause I don't eat coleslaw. Why is it this way. I hate calling & complaining. Please try to keep the name.
