This St Hubert location has truly exceptional service. They managed a large group without a reservation very professionally & calmly even with low staff & went above & beyond to accomodate requests. I have had multiple visits with different servers & always had a great experience. & the food quality is good as well.
Service degeullasse. 1:30 d'attente toujours rien reçu, offre un coupon de 10$ pour l'attente ce qui est une vrai claque après avoir attendu aussi longtemps & pas reçu la nourriture.
Do NOT order through uber eats. This location does not take responsibility for an item missing in your order. Food arrived cold. They forgot to send the fries that accompany the order. The club sandwich & caesar salad were tasteless & made woth haste I've been to many St Hubert Bbq restos throughout the years. This is by far the very worst. Extremely disappointing.
O restaurante é bonito, a comida é gostosa, o atendimento é bom, mas demorado. Como o real está desvalorizado, infelizmente a refeiçao nao tem preço baixo.

Le restaurant a été reconstruit & visuellement amélioré comparé à avant sa destruction. La nourriture est très bonne & le service est rapide (même en temps achalandé), professionnel & courtois. Ça se voit que tout le monde en cuisine, front staff, tous les employés travaillent fort.
Certains clients âgés devraient travailler sur leur politesse & leur respect envers les employés! Nous avons été témoins hier de deux incidents de la sorte, l'un envers une employée & l'autre envers un serveur-bravo à tous les deux pour votre patience exemplaire.
Nous sommes des clientes fidèles occasionnelles & apprécions las efforts de tous! À bientôt 😌
The food was great, that was not a problem at all…
As I came in to be greeted by the cashier in the grab & go section of the restaurant, a woman by the name of Kendjina took my order & was dismissive & uncaring.
I asked if I can have it for here & she suggested I eat in the dining room when there are seats on the window counter. She agreed but I can CLEARLY sensed she did not want to serve me from the get-go.
I asked for a combo with a drink & she figured I should know where the drinks were behind me in the fridge so I raised my voice louder so it was clear & she can hear me.
I did not tip her because by obligation, tips are given because of great customer service. She giggled & shook her head in disbelief because I EVIDENTLY did not tip her. I HATE dealing with people who do not want to be at work & who do not like their job. Disappointing.
Je vais régulièrement à ce St-Hubert. Aussi, je connais cette chaine de restaurant depuis 1975 environ. Après un changement de propriétaire il y a quelques années, il a fallu un certain temps pour que les restaurants de la chaîne s'adaptent & trouvent leur propre façon de faire, en conservant ce que les québécois aiment & recherchent de l'endroit. Il a fallu un certain temps aussi pour que ce restaurant en particulier s'adapte à sa clientèle, dans le quartier côte des neiges; à l'heure actuelle, juillet 2025, , c'est vraiment un endroit agréable. Je ne remercierai jamais assez les serveurs qui, vraiment, font un travail merveilleux. Merci à tout le personnel du resto-bar St-Hubert de côte des neiges. Ça restera mon refuge.
