I previously ordered takeout from this location & when I arrived, my order was supposedly'ready,' yet I still had to wait an additional 45 minutes before receiving it.

Today, I decided to give this place another chance & came to dine in. We've now been seated for 47 minutes & still haven't received the food we ordered over 40 minutes ago.

I understand restaurants can get busy, but this is absolutely ridiculous. This is by far the slowest St-Hubert I've ever been to.

EDIT: George personally reached out to me after my review, & I really appreciated him taking the time to speak with me directly. He went over the situation, provided excellent customer service, & helped resolve the issue. He also offered compensation for the poor experience, which I truly appreciated. I was assured they are actively working on improving this issue moving forward. Thank you again, George, for handling the situation professionally.

I visited the new location & had a great experience. The food was delicious (as usual with St-Hubert) & was served very quickly. The cocktails we ordered were equally great.

Dany provided great table service. He was professional & attentive to our group's needs. He ensured we had everything we needed & came back a few times to make sure everything was going well with our supper. Dany provided exceptional service!

The restaurant atmosphere was modern, welcoming & offered great ambience for myself & my party to enjoy a couple of drinks & share some laughs.
