Service was terrible. It was not busy,; took forever to take our order & get our meals. When it finally arrived, it was not what we had ordered. Just an overall bad experience.

One of the worst dining experiences we've ever had.

We stopped at St-Hubert with my young children & my mother after shopping. We ordered two kids' meals, & when they were brought to the table, the server accidentally spilled piping hot gravy all over my son's lap.

I immediately pulled his shorts away from his skin because the gravy was sitting directly against his legs. His thighs became extremely red, & he was doing his best to hold back tears. We repeatedly had to ask for napkins, & it took some time before anyone finally brought ice.

By this point, we were all covered in gravy, my son was upset & uncomfortable, & our waitress was nowhere to be found.

What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability. Despite the server causing the accident, there was no meaningful apology or concern shown, & we were still charged for my son's meal.

I'm not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but this experience was handled so poorly that I felt it was important to share. Accidents happen, but how they're handled makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this restaurant failed on that front.

Les tranches de pain pour les clubs sont trop petites & le contenu deborde. Très difficile à manger. On a aussi diminuer la quantité de frites. En somme, un exemple frappant de réduflation.

Ma fille a fait une réaction allergique dans un autre restaurant du carrefour & elle s'est arrêtée au St-Hubert car ils étaient prêt de son auto & avait besoin de glace & d'aller aux toilettes. Elle a du s'injecter l'epipen & le staff n'a pas hésité à prendre la situation en charge & s'occuper de son petit garçon jusqu'à l'arrivée des secours. Un gros merci pour votre magnifique service & vos bons soins. Un endroit digne de confiance & des employés très compétents! Un gros merci, elle va mieux grâce à vous.

Not the best experience. We ordered something & ended up that they don't have anymore so we ordered something else. The staff should be aware of what is missing in the kitchen & also not 30mins before letting us know that they don't have what we asked for. They didnt even offer a compensation for the wait.

Our reservation was at 9h15 & we got the food at 10pm. The sauce was not even was I asked for the ribs. The food in general was not tasty. 4 people arrived after us & they had time to order, eat & leave & we didn't even get the food yet. The waitress was good at least. But I won't go back there.
