The first time in my life I have a club sandwich & the chicken is cold & the fries were reheated. I asked the waitress if it is normal than the chicken is cold & she said of course they keep it in the fridge, she next time order a hot chicken sandwich . Needless to say it was a horrible experience. It's sad because I have been in other locations & the club sandwich was delicious .
La soupe a l'oignon était salée un affaire pas possible.Je garde espoir pour la suite... je prend toujours la fameuse salade Bangkok mais la cette fois-ci la salade était tremper par la vinaigrette & sur le dessus il avait surbmerger de sauce épice thaïe le poulet.C'était mouillé & tellement épicée que après 3 boucher j'était plus capable la bouche en feu la langue me brûle.j'ai redonner mon assiette disait que c'est bien trop épicée.J'ai seulement demander un verre de lait pour arreter de piquer ce qu'il mon offert.Il m'ont proposer de prendre un dessert mais j'en prend pas.
Lors du payement Il m'ont charger pareille ma Salade que j'ai pas manger.Ordinaire,vraiment moi je ne vous le commende pas dutout.
Je suis coeliaque. Je l'ai mentionné & répété au moins 3 fois à notre serveuse. Elle a apporté mon assiette avec de la sauce & du pain. 🤦?♀?
Elle a changé mon assiette & je lui ai mentionné que tout devait être refait dans les bonnes conditions. Elle m'a dit: ben oui! Comme si j'étais la faute de son erreur.
Hélène nous a offert un service exceptionnel à la table & en vérifiant la disponibilité de la borne de recharge pour nous. Elle a été bienveillante & attentive tout le long de notre repas. Félicitations à Helene qui a été plus qu'efficace. Bravo!
You know that one restaurant you always pass by & say,'We've GOT to try that someday'? Well, today was someday! We finally stopped in to check out their famous rotisserie chicken & BBQ ribs, & let me tell you-it was totally worth the wait!
We were seated right away at a nice, clean booth (always a good start). The place is surprisingly spacious-big enough to fit a crowd, but not so noisy that you have to shout over your food. The vibe? Cozy but lively.
Now, onto the food adventure! We went classic & ordered the traditional rotisserie chicken, even though the menu was tempting us with all these new trendy flavors (they're clearly keeping up with the times).
Our server was an absolute gem-friendly, quick, & super patient with us non-French speakers. The menu is fully in French, so if you're like us, keep Google Translate handy or just go with the good ol''point & smile' method. 😂
The food came out in about 10-15 minutes, piping hot & smelling heavenly. The coleslaw was a little on the mild side flavor-wise, but everything else? Chef's kiss. 👌 The poutine was rich, cheesy, & generous in portion (we're talking comfort food heaven here). The chicken was juicy & flavorful, a solid half portion that hit the spot, & those BBQ ribs? Fall-off-the-bone perfection!
Oh, & can we talk about the gravy & dinner rolls? Soft, buttery, & dangerously addictive.
We were this close to ordering dessert because their menu looked divine, but we were just too full. Guess that means we'll have to come back. 😉
