Pastel De Nata was incredible!!! So was the chicken potatoes, & macaroni salad!!!
Coco Rico is a gem if you pick it up & don't get to bothered by the sometimes rough service..... Ordering through doordash is another story ... After several online orders I won't be doing it anymore. Its inconsistent & often there is items missing... One is the family meal, one order they include two sauces, next time one sauce or you buy extra & they don't put them. The sauce is s huge part of the meal. When you call to let them know, its a huge drama....... The inquisition starts to determine whether or not you are trying to scam them for free sauce, natas or a drink, which you paid for but didn't receive. Very unpleasant... The food is great but I'd suggest picking it up so you can check you are getting everything you paid
The food was absolutely phenomenal. Honestly, those bites into the chicken sandwich, especially after dunking it, were some of the most heavenly bites I have ever had. & their nata dessert pastry is right up there.
The chicken is great & delicious, but those potatoes, omg they're amazing! Had to do take out, took it home & heated everything in the oven, even the chicken can be reheated in its own bag it came in! & the natas for dessert! Couldn't help eating one even though I was full!
Lovely pastel de natas. These egg tarts were on another level. The owner's quality of service was also very heart-warming 🥰
Absolutely, THE BEST portuguese chicken I’ve had in Montreal! The chicken is cooked to perfection, still juicy af, with a delicious crunchy skin & spicy sauce to top it all off. & their roast potatoes are just the perfect size to be bite sized pockets of flavor & spice. The macaroni salad meant for mellowing your meal, pairs so perfectly well. Overall, one of the best dining experience in general.
& to top of it all off, their De Natas are also 10/10 some of the best desserts ever.
Succulent ! Le poulet rôtie est incroyable. Le personnel est très gentil & les prix sont abordables. La pastis de nata est probablement là meilleure que j’ai goûté de ma vie. Je recommande !
Toujours bon même si souvent les viandes sont trop cuites. Le poulet est de bonne qualité. Les pommes de terre sont aussi trop cuites. Pastel de nata trop sucrées mais… le goût y est vraiment. Si vous cherchez du goût & que vous n avez peut ni du sucre ni du gras ni du sel alors c est un endroit à essayer à Montréal pour de la cuisine portugaise qui a un air de cuisine familiale réconfortante & de qualité.
