Qualité de la viande moyenne...steak vieilli 60 jours...j'en doute!! Je fait vieillir ma viande pis de la viande vieilli ça goûte....ce que j'avais étais du steak régulier....pis pas donné en plus

Service attentionné (beau travail d'équipe), nourriture de très bonne qualité. Menu intéressant, par contre, le boeuf revient souvent. Je remplacerais bien quelques pièces de boeuf (même si elles sont délicieuses) par, disons; bison? Sanglier? Porc? Sinon, ce fut une très belle expérience. Avec 3 services, je fut rassasié & même un peu trop. Les entrés & desserts étaient succulents & bien présenté. Pour le plat principal, c'est une pierrade, il n'y a pas vraiment de façon spectaculaire de la présenter...une pierre brûlante, la protéine & l'accompagnement...
Note: vous sentirez la grillade en sortant! :-)
