Un peu déçue par ce restaurant.

Étant des touristes français, nous avions vraiment envie de découvrir des plats typiques, mais l'expérience n'a pas été à la hauteur de nos attentes.

Les portions étaient certes copieuses, mais les plats étaient malheureusement servis froids, ce qui a beaucoup impacté notre appréciation.

Le service n'était pas non plus au rendez-vous : le serveur manquait d'amabilité & la communication était difficile, notamment en français comme en anglais, ce qui a compliqué la prise de commande.

Enfin, les toilettes n'étaient pas propres, ce qui est toujours un point négatif.

Une expérience mitigée dans l'ensemble.

J'ai pris un menu avec un sandwich à la viande fumée. La viande était bonne juste dommage qu'on ne puisse pas mettre autre chose que la sauce moutarde.
Les frites étaient excellentes tout comme la sauce mayonnaise.
La service est très rapide & la salle très propre.
J'aurais préféré avec la viande un peu plus chaude mais peut être que c'est la façon de la mange

Français : Très déçu de mon expérience. J'ai vu l'employé, qui était seul devant moi, échapper le couvercle de plastique par terre pour ensuite le ramasser & le mettre directement sur mon plat. J'étais tellement sous le choc que je n'ai rien dit sur le moment, mais c'est un manque d'hygiène inacceptable.

English : Extremely disappointed. I watched the employee, who was standing alone right in front of me, drop the plastic lid on the floor, pick it up, & place it directly onto my food. I was so shocked that I didn't say anything at the time, but this is a serious & unacceptable breach of hygiene standards.
