Le service est généralement bon, mais le personnel est clairement débordé. Une seule personne doit gérer la caisse, manipuler l'argent, prendre les commandes & préparer les sandwichs. La charge de travail est beaucoup trop importante pour une seule personne, ce qui peut avoir un impact sur l'hygiène & la qualité du service. De plus, l'attente est très longue : j'ai attendu plus de 40 minutes pour recevoir un simple sandwich. Je vous recommande d'ajouter davantage de personnel afin de mieux répartir les tâches & d'améliorer l'expérience des clients.
