Globalement, Rockaberry est apprécié pour la qualité de ses desserts et de ses plats, avec une variété de tartes et de gâteaux qui convainc, et une ambiance agréable dans un bel emplacement. Le service est perçu comme chaleureux par certains, mais d'autres points mentionnent un accueil insuffisant et des retards, surtout pour les commandes à emporter ou Uber. La carte propose un large choix et les portions et saveurs semblent valoir le prix, même si quelques tartes peuvent être sèches, trop épicées ou manquer légèrement d équilibre. L établissement est recommandé pour des sorties entre amis ou en famille, et l ambiance convient bien pour un dessert. Malgré des expériences de service variables et quelques défauts ponctuels, Rockaberry reste une destination populaire pour les desserts et la convivialité.
Wow just wow the food here is amazing I got the nachos & aswell as a piece of carrot cake & it was phenomenal. As for the service the ladies working were so friendly & welcoming & gave amazing service. Very happy with this location !!

This location did not display that there are strawberries INSIDE of the cheesecake pie. I am allergic to strawberries. At other locations, they are only on top & I can remove them. I had an allergic reaction when I bit into the one from this location.
Overall, Rockaberry has great food, a great location, & a great ambiance. The only thing that consistently takes away from the experience is the customer service. When you walk in, you're rarely greeted, & staff often avoid eye contact or continue talking among themselves while customers wait. This leads to long delays even for simple pickup orders.
Recently, I ordered two slices of pie for Uber pickup & arrived about 45 minutes later, but the order still wasn't ready. Had I not stop the waitress to tell her I came for a pickup, she would've continued to ignore me. When I finally received it, one of the slices even seemed off, with barely any apple in the apple crumb cheesecake. It's disappointing because the pies really are excellent, but the lack of welcoming service makes it hard to want to return. I've once had excellent service from a guy named Simon, I believe. But very disappointing for the inconsistent customer service from the girls.
If the staff were more attentive & friendly, this location would easily match the quality of its food & atmosphere.
Bought the pumpkin & pecan pies. The pecan was so dry no one enjoyed it. Pecans were overly cooked & the interior of the pie was hard & not smooth. The pumpkin pie was so spiced, that no one enjoyed it. At this price, will not be buying. Felt like mass production. Staff could learn a few manners. I was not willing to accept a pumpkin pie that was overflowing & burnt on 2 sides, & was dismissed by the man serving. Sorry unnaceptable.
Short-staffed. Good location, soup & sandwich were good, apple crumble cake seems half baked. The main issue is that they're short-staffed, so people buying take out & uber orders take priority over clients sitting there, I had to go twice to the cashier to order tea & pie, then to ask for the bill.
Food was amazing as usual. Service was not great, waited for a while for my coffee after getting my pie. Very long wait to pay the bill as well.Not Impressed..

I'm a repeat customer at this Rockaberry location & I have to say, their cakes & pies are delicious! The meals are great too. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but it's worth it for the quality.
Very nice selection of pies & food. Place was full but still had great service. Special thanks to Caitlin who was our waitress & took care of us & made sure everything was great.
Great menu with salads, bowls, sandwiches & a wide range of sweet pies. Everything was very fresh, & the service was excellent. Great place for an outing with friends & family.

Great one in comparison to some other Rockaberry locations. Great crust on a cheesecake & great flavor in a blueberry lime pie. Very friendly staff. Will definitely come back to this one. Other locations should learn a lot from this one.
I got the mille feuille pie & it was as yummy as i remember! I got the key lime to go & boy oh boy it was absolutely worth it. This rockaberry is very spacious & has these really nice booths! The lighting can be a bit distracting if you are there to study. It was busy & there were quite a few customers but still spacious. There was even a side room for (group) study sessions? Very neat The colour choices are pretty & the atmosphere is nice for a quick little dessert & some chatting, catching up & maybe even some games! The service is good but they seemed a bit busy/distracted, but still polite & timely!

It's a comfy cafe with a nice atmosphere & tasty food. We tried the cappuccino & nachos, they were yummy! The prices seemed a bit high though. They're known for their pies, which looked delicious, but we'll try them next time. Overall, it's a good cafe.
I've been going to this location of Rockaberry for as long as I can remember. My family loves it here!! The staff is very friendly & helpful. The slices of pie are massive & the atmosphere is very relaxed/chill. I love studying here.
Pies are always great & delicious here. Serving size was also very decent but once again, 2 pieces of pies & 2 coffees is the same price as buying a whole pie & taking it home. Definitely recommend doing the latte
