J'ai fait une commande Uber de ce restaurant aujourd'hui le 25 Août. La livraison a été rapide & la nourriture était chaude en arrivant.
Par contre le repas a été très décevant....
J'ai commandée une cuisse avec patates pillées qui venait avec une sauce bbq & un petit pain.
Je n'ai pas mangé le pain donc je ne peux pas commenter là-dessus.
Les patates étaient vraiment, mais vraiment fade. Absolument aucun goût & très'motoneux'. Même avec l'ajout de sel & poivre, c'était vraiment plate comme goût.
Le poulet était beaucoup trop cuit & a même brisé la fourchette en bois qui venait avec le repas lorsque j'ai essayé de le défaire en morceaux. J'ai fini par le manger avec mes mains, mais lui aussi manquait solidement de goût. Seule la sauce goûtait quelque chose & encore là, très standard.
Je suis vraiment déçue, surtout que j'ai pris ce choix spécifiquement parce que j'avais le goût de patates pillées. Lunch très triste à voir, dommage.

Went to Roasters Alexis Nihon on 2 occasions; both times after serving food, waitress ignored us for the whole 45mins we were there, mind you we could hear the employees having a blast, whooping it up in the back. I'm glad they all get along so well but don't just leave us stranded...no topping off water, no offer of extra napkins, nothing...Second time a fire alarm kept going off, we saw security guards running back & forth in mall as we sat there, waiting to be told what to do...went on for 10 mins...When waitress came back I exclaimed that I was glad she finally came back because we didn't know what to do...to which she replied she didn't know either....This could have been a serious situation...Finally, their card machine does not follow the Qc law that came into effect beginning of May, that states the tip percentage must be calculated on subtotal & not total with tax, & didnt offer a choice to give a dollar amount so we were stuck paying a tip that waitress didn't even deserve, on top of the tax. Illegal. Not going back. I wrote an email to the owner but he never replied.

Food was OK but service was bizarre. First, the waitress brought me a completely flat draft beer. When I asked to change, she told me that I probably don't like that the beer is flat… I thought that I should not have been served this beer in the first place. Then at the end, she passes me the payment device & had pressed the 20% tip option for me. When I wanted to ask for an explanation, she was gone ! Very rude ! On top of that their device was not compliant with the new « before taxes » law & it was really 23% tipping.

Twice I've come here & I am impressed by the food (fresh, very tasty, good portions), the warm hospitality (this time by Anissa & Jhita). I do recommend!

We went to this Restaurant for dinner just before watching a movie. Just right in front of Cineplex Forum. We had the smoked meat, chicken wings & the Hot Lips Burger. & we were so impressed by the food. Try their homemade creole mustard sauce. Amazing service by the waitress Jhita & bartender Anissa. Special mention for the cleanliness of the bathroom & chicken. 💯

Comment dire… une jeune serveuse adorable mais alors l'autre… pas de merci… pas as de bonjour… jette limite les assiettes… arriver & nous « bon allez faut payer… » oui enfin on ne pensait pas partir sans payer 😂

Food was pretty average, not great but not the worst either. The chicken was bland & dry. Service was slow despite very few customers on a Saturday night, & our waitress wasn't the most welcoming either. I'd recommend going elsewhere if possible, but it's adequate if you have to.

7 years ago, I gave this place a bad review because my experience was bad; I swore I'd never go back. After 7 years, I decided to give it another chance, I'm glad I did.
In the last 7 years, this place has greatly improved! The food is good, not fancy. The atmosphere is casual, prices are very affordable. The wait staff were very accommodating to me & my wheelchair.
I recommend the chicken brochette.

Held my birthday party there in December. Service & food were great all while the restaurant was packed. Our waitstaff plus bar service of Alex & Vicky were awesome. I'd definitely go back

Decent bar in Alexis Nihon, closes a bit early for my liking but the staff is very nice & they have slot machines.

J'ai mis 3, simplement car j'ai commandé le burger au poulet qui est énorme, trop. Je suggère un morceau de poulet plutôt que 2. Mais pour le service, Linda est formidable ! Merci Linda, quand je vais chez Rooters, je souhaite que tu sera ma serverse !

Came with a small group, everyone orders, & then waitress skips the last person. Then said person ask to order, since they have been skipped over the waitress interrupts them. Then the waitress comes back with all our plates one at a time (no issue there) , we start eating the same last person who ordered at the same time as everyone else 30 mins in we have to request to see if the waitress even put on the request to the kitchen. Just a sad encounter when you're with friends & your friens somehow gets a bad deal. I on the other hand was served nicely, I had a mac & cheese that I really enjoyed it was super creamy & nicely textured & super flavourful :).

Worst meal at way over price value I've had in ages!!! How do they stay in business? Hamburger hard & totally dried-out at 6:00 p m. on a Saturday Bacon on it refried over & over until all bacon taste gone! Credit Card machines not working - not first time! Shabby place, filthy washroom, unacceptable long wait for food, soft drink & fries half the size of last visit. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Even a fast food place would be a far better choice! They don't deserve customers & customers deserve far better.

The portions were very big, I paid a little more since I had the French onion soup which was amazing & a big plate of ribs & chicken tenders. Our waitress Anissa was very friendly, efficient & attentive. Would definitely go there again.

, probablement une des pires poutines que j'ai mangées de ma vie. Tout ce que nous avons commandé était réchauffé ou cuit à partir de congelé. Service déficient, lent & complètement perdu. le staff est anglais, très difficile de se faire servir en français. Même pas le mérite d'être un "dive bar" qui au moins aurait apporté de la personnalité à la place, c'est générique, trop cher & certainement pas à essayer.
