It lived up to the hype. I ordered the Summer Pie, & it was honestly one of the best pizzas I've had in Montreal. The crust was perfectly light & airy with that beautiful wood-fired char, & the fresh seasonal ingredients worked so well together. What really made the experience stand out, though, was that everything else matched the food. The atmosphere is warm & inviting, the décor is beautiful without trying too hard, & every member of the staff we interacted with was genuinely friendly & welcoming.

The food is fine, but it's really loud, we struggled to hear each other (& this was earlier in the evening). The focaccia isn't the best I've had in Montreal (I'd actually argue that it's sourdough, not focaccia) - but our server was very nice. I wouldn't return.

Perfect for date nights! The waiters are very kind & helpful. The cocktail selection is great however the pizzas are okay & on the pricey side.

Local awesome eatery. RITA is a must go for Montrealers & Verdun locals are sooo lucky to have such an exceptional spot. Fun for a nice casual date night, first date, dinner with friends, casual work dinner with a client who loves great food & an awesome atmosphere & is open to a 10 minute uber away from the DT core to the best'not so hidden- hidden gem'

We go every few weeks… in the summer sometimes more. When the wife asks what am I in the mood for…. Rita is usually the answer!

Close enough to downtown that anyone visiting montreal should definitly take a stroll on the wellington promenade & have a great meal at Rita's.

J'ai jamais eu un aussi bon service dans un restaurant. On a été traité aux petits soins. Les serveurs viennent nettoyer la table plusieurs fois, s'assure qu'on manque de rien, sont souriant. Bravo vraiment le service à la clientèle est top ! & que dire de la nourriture! Ça vaut le détour. Savoureux, copieux. On y reviendra assurément. Merci
