Fondé en 1960 par les frères Peppino et Federico Corneli, le restaurant perpétue toujours les mêmes recettes authentiques transmises de génération en génération. Entreprise familiale, il est aujourd’hui entre les mains de la nouvelle génération : Nicola, Pina, Alex Corneli et le chef Joe Nicodemo. Les pâtes maison, façonnées à la main par la nonna Donna, demeurent le cœur et l’âme de notre cuisine. Et bien sûr, notre pizza cuite au four importé d’Italie offre ce goût unique et traditionnel qui fait notre réputation.

Ristorante Pizzeria Corneli propose une expérience italienne vivante et chaleureuse dans un espace lumineux et moderne, avec des portions généreuses qui invitent au partage. La pizza est régulièrement remarquable, avec une pâte cuite au feu de bois et un grand choix qui accompagne des plats de pâtes et des fruits de mer frais, à des prix raisonnables. Le service est attentif et sympathique, ce qui donne une impression d'accueil familial même lorsque le restaurant est bien fréquenté, et l'ambiance est festive, adaptée autant aux célébrations qu'aux dîners décontractés. Certains moments peuvent être bruyants, mais la qualité et la variété, ainsi que le rapport qualité-prix, incitent à revenir.
We came to Corneli with a large group on a Sunday, & it was packed.
I'd describe it as slightly upscale with basic Italian dishes. The menu is priced quite high.
As a vegetarian or vegan, you can have only pasta, bread & salad. Everything else, even the minestrone, is made with meat or dairy.
The arugula salad (or should I say mountain) is heaped so high on the plate that it's a meal in its own. I'd recommend sharing it. I wish the wait staff had warned me.
Several times an hour, the staff play Italian music & clap as they bring yet another person a birthday cake.
The parking lots get full fast. Expect to have to park in the street.
What a beautiful girls night I had! Decor, Service, Music playing, FOOD, everything was just perfect! Definitely reccomend! Oh & the Sour Gina cocktail...10/10 !!!

The food is delicious ! Especially the pizza & pasta ! Good portions ! Love the open space beautiful decor I would just recommend that the music is a little loud a little difficult to have a conversation with your group ! Great staff !
It was so loud. They blast the music to sing, happy birthday or whatever they do. You can't hear yourself… everybody screaming because of it. It was very unpleasant, after half an hour had a huge headache. I will not go back because of that.
Music too loud, would have been nice to hear the people across the table instead of shouting. Please lower the music. I would still recommend this place, food is good & the waiters are great 👍
i had a margherita pizza & a plate of tortellini. everything was amazing. service was good too. the waiter was really nice & accommodating. the music was a bit loud but besides that everything was great. will definitely be going back.
Nourriture excellente mais temps d'attente pour recevoir les plats vraiment long, & le restaurant avait moins de 12 clients.
Très très bruyant, musique trop forte & choix musical criard (les paroles les paroles de Dalida, etc). Musique lounge moins forte serait plus appropriée pour pouvoir discuter & s'entendre. & ça irait mieux avec le décor du restaurant plutôt moderne.
Le restaurant est entièrement refait à neuf, décor magnifique.
Il ne reste aucunes traces de l'ancien restaurant La Flamberie qui occupait ce local depuis 30 ans a entièrement disparu.
Service ok.
Les pâtes étaient vraiment fraîches & vraiment très bonnes. De même pour la pizza.
Nous retournerons probablement.

The decor is very nice, the atmosphere is great with some Italian music, the service is fast & excellent, but they also try to clean the table quickly, even if there is food on the plate, the waiter asks you if you are finished & the plate is full. As for the food, it is not the best in the town, but it is good & delicious, & the price is okay.
I went in a Friday night. We had entrees (calamari, arancini, crab cakes) which were very good. We had pizza, but when they brought it, they had not cleared the table, which took a while. The pizza was excellent. Dessert was good as well (carrot cake, ciambelle fritti). However, it was too loud. It took away from my experience. If the music is loud, guests will talk louder, to be heard over the music.
Food was good : I had oven pizza ! Server was super friendly but the wait time was too long more than 1h30 after we ordered & we were with young kids & came in early … We also asked to lower the music which was too loud (like a lounge club) & server said they asked already & they do not want to… unfortunately I won't come back I came to try as I knew & had tried the Corneli Montreal which was good.
