Great restaurant to host an event. We had our daughter's bridal shower here & everything was perfect! Tao (manager) is very accommodating & did everything to make sure our day was special. Food was very tasty, portions were generous, everyone was happy! Highly recommend this restaurant for anyone hosting a private event.

Loved the food. I had the table d'hote. Salmon tartare, grilled salmon, dessert all delicious 😋 very good service.

We ate outside. Beautiful spot & everyone was friendly & attentive.
I had the gnocchi & provolone. It was really really good lol. A bit expensive but it was excellent. We showed up as soon as they were open so we didnt need a reservation

Horrible experience the service was terrible after telling the waiter food wasn't good he spoke to the manager who never came to see us got attitude & dirty looks from the bus girl when I asked for a fork from beginning to end was a disaster!

Avoid this place at all costs. For a high end restaurant in Westmount charging high prices for their food I would expect the service to be above & beyond. I had dinner there for my birthday & used a gift card I had received the year prior from a family member. When I went to pay they told me the gift card was empty & there was no money on it. I was so embarrassed & then proceeded to pay with my own money out of pocket. The waiter was so arrogant & didn't even bother looking into it. I had to go myself to escalate the situation & tell the staff this gift card was brand new never used & that there's no way it's empty. They made me feel like a fool. The manager then said he'd look into it. I get a phone call a few days later that the gift card was never initiated. They had taken the money for over a year & have us a blank card with nothing on it & if I hadn't spoken up they would have robbed us. ROBBERY!! At such a nice place. You would think for such a huge & embarrassing mistake on their part they would offer me something substantial for this like paying for my previous dinner & giving me a huge apology & even some additional funds to make up for this. Nope. We got not even an apology of admission of error. The manager said I could get my gift card back but it was way too late for that. He also could not even confirm how much was originally on it & said he would give me 100$!!!! This is genuinely insane & want to make sure the owner sees this because his manager made this one of the worst situations possible & clearly doesn't care about the guests experience

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had at this restaurant. I went in with a gift card & was told by the waiter there was'no money on it.' Instead of properly checking their system first, the waiter basically dismissed us & made us feel like we were the problem & we had to pay out of pocket. We had to argue with the manager just to get them to investigate further.

Later, they called back claiming there actually was money on the card & offered a $100 gift card instead - but provided absolutely no proof or record showing that was the real balance. Then they actually told us to'ask the person who gave the gift card' how much was on it. That is completely ridiculous. An expensive restaurant should absolutely have a proper system in place to track gift card balances accurately.

What's worse is there was never a real apology from the manager for the mistake, the embarrassment, or the inconvenience. No accountability whatsoever. They also never offered to refund the money we paid out of pocket after incorrectly telling us the card was empty. If we hadn't pushed back, they would have happily taken our money & moved on.

For a restaurant that charges premium prices, the service & professionalism were shockingly bad. Easily one of the worst management & customer service experiences I've had.
