While the food at Da Mangione is undeniably tasty, the service leaves much to be desired. I once visited around 7:50 PM on a Thursday or Friday, hoping to enjoy a meal. When I asked for a table, a waitress rudely told me to "go read what's on the door," stating that the restaurant was closing. Confused, I went outside to check, & the sign clearly indicated they were open until 10 PM. Despite enjoying their food, I'm proud to say I've never returned. Good food should be paired with good service, & unfortunately, Da Mangione falls short in that regard.View more

Food had a great taste the salad dressing compliments the flavor & does not take over. The pasta has a light aromatic taste mixed with the delicate black pepper. The ice cream is creamy & the perfect temperature to be cold but not hard.View more

Order 5 pastas. 3 of 5 were not good. Called in to let them know, then the real customer service kicks & after trying to explain, they hung up. Definitely not ordering from there again & if you're ordering from there, avoid they Gnocci (so soft it will stock all over your mouth) & pasta Alfredo (need salt or seasoningl. Gamberi wasn't too bad, the pasta portion was on the soft side. Check the video. I know everywhere makes their food different but highly doubt it's supposed to be as sticky as the video shows. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Think I was more disappointed with the customer service when we called.View more

Wife had the Walleye (bland) I had the chicken parm (ok) & daughter had the tuna salad (good). Nothing special. Quiet lunchtime only 2 tables going. Nice decor & free parking. Prices normal.View more

Great ambiance, friendly service but we eere a bit disapointed with the quality of food. We were expecting a little bit more on the side of the veal & the dishes with oil base ingredients. Good affordable house wine. Price is very fair I might add.View more

Great spot for authentic Italian food. Service was spot on! Very attentive & polite. Warm bread was a nice touch. The meals were delicious. Smaller place, but didn't feel cramped. We will definitely be back. Love these small independent restaurantsView more
