Très bon goût pour ce sandwich smoked meat. Par contre pain garni avec beaucoup de miette de viande,quand on s'attend à de belles tranches. On assiste à faire monter la facture avec moins de bonne viande....bravo

I happened to walk by Reuben's while I was downtown for an appointment, & the smell gave me an instant craving! I had heard about this place for years but had never had the opportunity to try it.

From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. It was just before the lunch rush, & every single staff member greeted me with a warm smile & a friendly'hello.' On my way out, they all thanked me & wished me a great day. That level of hospitality is so rare these days-wow!

I ordered a smoked meat to go. I wish I had caught the name of the gentleman who served me because he was exceptionally professional, friendly, & attentive. I asked for extra lean, & that's exactly what I received.

What makes this review even more meaningful is that I worked for 17 years at one of Montreal's most well-known smoked meat restaurants. I know smoked meat, & I don't give compliments lightly.

I was absolutely blown away by the quality of the meat. It was tender, perfectly seasoned, incredibly flavorful, & without question the **best smoked meat I have ever had in my life**.

Outstanding food, exceptional customer service, & an experience that exceeded every expectation. Reuben's has definitely earned a lifelong customer. Bravo to the entire team!

The worst smoked meat I ever ate. Having grown up in MTL I have eaten at many delis. This place is the worst. I ordered lean & was served fatty, scrap inedible pieces not slices of meat I would'nt serve my dog! The kicker is they refused to do anything about it. Words to the wise, don't waste $25.00 on garbage.

We visited this restaurant while we stayed in Montreal for a few days & I can tell you that it lived up to the expectations. Friendly staff & amazing food. I had the smoked meat sandwich with the chocolate bomb brownie. Not much to say expect that I like food & everything sounds yummy.

We went there today & the food was excellent. The poutine was especially delicious & definitely our favorite. The atmosphere was warm & welcoming, which made the experience even better. We'd happily come back & highly recommend this place!

First time at Reuben's.

They serve a very generous portion of food for the price. Presentation is nice. However, the actual food was lacking flavour (I got the Combo platter - chicken wings, half potatoes stuffed with cheese, cheese sticks, onion rings). Cheese was stiff (not melted at all) & cold. Chicken wings were meh. The onion rings were good.

The service was exceptional. We had Asher as our server. Friendly, attentive, & made suitable suggestions based on specific desires.

Atmosphere was also enjoyable. Each table was spaced apart nicely, chairs were comfortable, lighting & decor created a cozy ambience.
