Unforgettable experience, the environment is great with their eco friendly & artistically interior design. The food is authentic not white Chinese food. Most recommended: spicy beef & the signature'cross bridge' soup noodle.
The only regret is that it's too far from my home, & you might have to wait for a table during peak hours. If I hadn't happened to pass through Laval, I probably wouldn't have had the courage to make a special trip just to eat rice noodles (the traffic in Montreal is really terrible!).

Best restaurant in Montreal -the rice noodle is even better than Toronto's, & the soup tastes so good. All of my family loves the food here, definitely recommend!

Sérieusement, c'est LA meilleure soupe de nouilles de riz que j'ai jamais mangée! Le boss, il a une technique avec les champignons… c'est du génie! C'est tellement savoureux que t'en perds les sourcils! 😆

Food is amazing, very well seasoned & balanced. The soup broth (I got a beef ramen bowl) was very rich & well balanced. Prices are good too

I am so happy to find a restaurant that still serves such amazing portions for around 14$ a plate. I was so surprised when the food was served because I was expecting much smaller portions for the price. I really enjoyed the texture of the noodles. While there was a bit of elasticity, the noodles were also soft & went down so smoothly. I also really enjoyed the tenderness of the meat but I feel like the flavours were a bit light for me. I would have preferred the flavours to be a bit stronger especially for the sauces & the soup. The service was also pretty great. While the waiter was efficient & polite, it took them quite some time before serving us some water & they were not really welcoming or friendly either.

Very cute spot! I had the Delice de Yunnan - Fusion Nouilles. I thought it was going to be soupy but it was a bit thick (sort of like mixing flour & water & it turns into a paste texture). I prefer the Nouille au boeuf braisé à la Dai. There is a parking lot (relatively small). Very nice staff, clean place. Will def come back.

Definitely worth a try if you're looking for something authentic with traditional Chinese flavours. The soups were delicious! I had spicy beef noodle soup with extra beef & udons :P My favourite was definitely the long Chinese donuts to go along with my soup! Also... Love the paperless QR code menu ;)

Trop cher.... Ordered signature rice noodles soup, very pricey for what it is.... Proteinwise, 2 or 3 very thin & small pieces of meat, 2 very small pieces of fish (barely spoonful....) & 2 or 3 preserved meat that is very dry & chewy. In term of vegetables, just few threads of bean sprouts which are not very fresh.... You would hardly see anything but rice noodles after dumping them into the soup. & the soul of dish, soup itself is mediocre, nothing special to mention about.

New place in Laval, would not have noticed it if not referred in a group. Tried beef brisket & laksa soup. Beef brisket a bit small & noodlez overcooked. Laksa was good, alot of items in the soup.
