Unforgettable experience, the environment is great with their eco friendly & artistically interior design. The food is authentic not white Chinese food. Most recommended: spicy beef & the signature'cross bridge' soup noodle.
The only regret is that it's too far from my home, & you might have to wait for a table during peak hours. If I hadn't happened to pass through Laval, I probably wouldn't have had the courage to make a special trip just to eat rice noodles (the traffic in Montreal is really terrible!).
I've been a client for years even before this restaurant was opened. All their plates are tasty, some are authentic from Yunnan, a province in the southwest part of china, & some are'southeast Asia fusion creation' of the owners, they all are truly delicious 🤤 I live far but every time I m in Laval this is my must go place. All fresh ingredients, no pre-made frozen meals ever. Love 💕 recommend if you love Thai , Cambodian or Vietnamese food !

Very good! Got beef rice noodle (ramen) with extra braised pork & the fries, delicious.
Good portion, good service, highly recommend, will absolutely repeat.
Hands down for best Yunnan / Chinese restaurant if you want local original Chinese food. The food is awesome & portion is very generous for the reasonable price. Highly recommend!
Best restaurant in Montreal -the rice noodle is even better than Toronto's, & the soup tastes so good. All of my family loves the food here, definitely recommend!
Super nice staff & even more amazing food, they were very attentive, i told them i can't eat pork & they went out of their way to tell me one of the dishes i ordered MIGHT be cooked in the same oil they cook pork with & asked if i would be okay with it. HIGHLY recommend!!!
Tried Restaurant Yum & Shine for the first time yesterday & absolutely loved it! The rice noodles were delicious - the broth was rich & flavorful, clearly made from real chicken stock. The cold noodles were also super tasty & refreshing. We also tried a couple of cold appetizers: the chicken liver & the mouthwatering chicken ('kou shui ji') - the mouthwatering chicken was especially outstanding, tender & packed with flavor. Highly recommended if you're craving authentic & satisfying Chinese dishes!

Plusieurs choix de nourriture typiques & variées. L'intérieure est bien décoré & le thé à volonté est un plus que j'adore.

First time eating here & the food was yummy! There are a few authentic chinese dishes (father approved). A downside would be that the service was sloww(Saturday evening). Overall though, we enjoyed our dining experience here! The dishes we ordered (in order of the pictures): -Tendon au boeuf épicé (spicy!!) -Rouleux de printemps au porc frits à la cantonaise -Nouilles de riz froides signature (recommend!) -Nouilles qui traversent le pont -Udon au curry crémeux au boeuf -Grans siu mai au porc
L'intérieure du restaurant est vraiment charmant & accueillant, le personnel est disponible pour nous recommander des suggestions de mets & répondre à nos questions, nous avons été très bien reçu. Le menu peut être dépaysant, ce que j'ai personnellement adoré, & tout étaient délicieux! Mon coup de coeur découverte était l'assiette de viandes froides avec sauce épicé, vraiment surprenant! Pour leur part, mes enfants ont raffolé du curry de boeuf ainsi que les buns à la custard. J'ai eu une merveilleuse soirée au Yum & Shine & nous y retournerons sans aucun doute!

Everything about this place is as good as can be! Yuhan was truly hospitable & recommended the best dishes based on my palate. I love spicy food & it certainly delivered! Everything was made from the freshest quality ingredients that were meticulously prepared & the flavors are out of this world! 5 star+++
Même si notre repas d'aujourd'hui n'a pas été agréable : le serveur s'est trompé & toutes nos commandes ont été supprimées, ce qui nous a fait attendre longtemps & n'avons rien eu à manger. Mais il est indéniable que de nombreux plats de leur restaurant sont délicieux. Je recommande le "mélange froid spécial de la maison", les "nouilles de riz au flan de tofu" & la "perle de lait frit".

Food is amazing & service is top notch👌 Waiter was such a friendly & nice gentleman. It was my first time there & I loved it. One of my new favorite restaurants in Laval 💯 I strongly recommend it. The flavors are out of this world. I recommend the shrimp udon noodles, spicy konjac & the milk buns :)
D'excellents plats chinois. Tout est très bon. Service en français, rapide. Je recommande. (J'ai pris à emporter & même après 15 minutes de voiture, mon plat était chaud.
