About us
Located in the Theater complex of the Dix30 District, Rouge restaurant accommodates you in an elegant and cordial decor, inspired by the history of old China. Our chefs are specialized in fine cuisine, with their unique interpretation of such dishes. We propose an attractive combination of authentic dishes coming from various areas of China (Szechwan, Hunan, Cantonese) but also Thai, Malaysian and Mongolian dishes. Our fine cuisine style offers a new Eastern flavor and is presented to you in abundance. Rouge offers a large variety of first-quality vegetables, meats, poultry and seafood. Finally, a nice selection of wine, beer and alcohol will accompany your so desired meal.

J'aime bien votre resto, nous y allons régulièrement, bon repas, bon service bonne ambiance, ma seule critique est que le goût des arachides de la sauce pour le poulet aux arachides, n'est pas assez présent.

We had to wait quite a while to be seated. The host seemed distracted-laughing, moving around, & even eating-before finally coming to entrance to ask how many are we.
The music was extremely loud-I couldn't even hear myself, let alone have a conversation with my friends, which was really frustrating.
We ordered from the lunch set menu, which included soup, a main dish, tea, & dessert. The food was superb. I had the tofu, which was served with flavorful rice & a fresh salad. The green tea was pleasant, & the banana fries for dessert were just okay.
Overall, a 👍 experience for the food, but the service & ambiance could use improvement.

restaurant avec une belle ambiance, bien décoré. Terrasse extérieure possible. La nourriture y est bonne sans être extraordinaire. Il n'y a pas de menu enfant mais on peut facilement trouver des options pour eux avec les entrées. Menu sans gluten disponible

Nous sommes arrivés avec une réservation pour 17h30. Nous étions 3 personne. On avait un spectacle à 20h, la salle étant tout près de l'endroit & nous les avons avisé. Nous avons reçu notre repas principal à 19h30 & nous avons du prendre un take out pour notre dessert qui était inclus. Des gens qui sont arrivés après nous ont été servi avant. Nous l'avons mentionné & on s'est fait dire que c'est probablement d'autres serveurs qui ont donné notre commande aux autres 🧐. Décevant comme service

Très belle expérience. Nous y sommes allés un soir & c'était parfait. Le service souriant & rapide & un très beau choix de plats, tous très copieux. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter!

The food was good. I ordered the red curry with jumbo shrimps. This dish was to tomato heavy for my preference & what I had been expecting . I like a lighter red curry with more aromatics.

The owners of this place is the reason why I gave it 5 stars in overall. They are one beautiful couple that shows that they care & makes sure everything is great. The workers there are always friendly, polite & very patient!
The food was very good too, but I ordered the Mongolian beef & my plate had more veggies than the beef BUT it was still very tasty. Thank you, Bistro Rouge!

Fantastic Experience! - This place has it all-delicious food, generous portions, great prices, & outstanding service. The staff was warm & attentive, & the atmosphere was cozy & inviting. Everything we ordered was fresh & full of flavour. Plus, the location is super convenient. A true hidden gem-I'll definitely be back!
