At Piklìz, our mission is to bring Caribbean flavors to you with love and authenticity. With great respect for this inspiring cultural heritage, we honor it while creatively crafting our menu and working with only the freshest, highest quality foods. We believe that these culinary journeys will contribute to your happiness, one meal at a time.
Pikliz consistently earns high praise for its authentic Haitian flavors, with the griot, djondjon rice, pikliz bowls, and other dishes delivering bold seasoning, tender meat, and satisfying portions for many diners, while the warm, welcoming service and cozy, inviting ambiance make the experience feel like a neighborhood spot even when crowded; most reviewers call it a standout in Montreal's Haitian scene and say they would return, though a few note small portions for the price, occasional dryness or overcooked items, and some nights when the noise level or service pace isn't ideal.

Ive been to Pikliz on multiple occasions & not only is the service top tier & friendly, the food is also delicious & flavorful. The drink selection is unique, tropical & makes you forget for an instance that you're in Montreal. Most special is the vibe. It feels like home, only better. There's a level of comfort & acceptance you feel when you're there, but it's also a party. Highly recommend for any occasion or even just a night out.
We stopped to grab takeout while travelling through Montreal en route to Toronto & will now be making a stop at Pikliz a tradition. The food was amazing! Glad I purchased a couple extra orders of rice to bring back with me. The griot & the goat poutine were fantastic, & the patties were so light & delicious. 10/10.
Best best best Haitian food in Montreal! Akim is a very welcoming owner, & makes you feel at home instantaneously. Highly recommend their ceviche, their griot, & their wrap. On top of it, their cocktails are awesome. Love Pikliz !!!

Nice little place to eat with friends or lovers. The griots were good. The djon djon rice was good. The place is very well appointed & charming giving a good atmosphere. Although it can be expensive for the portions given. Pikliz, place to discover.
The service was truly exceptional, & the atmosphere was great. The decor was really nice, & most importantly, the griot was amazing! Since it's Haitian food, I have to highlight the griot-it was so tender & not dry at all. I ordered a griot poutine, & it was absolutely delicious. Overall, a great experience!

Overlooked Haitian cuisine place. I was surprised how tasty the dishes were! I went on a Wednesday night, so they were missing some of the menu items. Shrimps 10/10. Overall great experience, from food to service & atmosphere.
Loved it here. The food was delicious & atmosphere was really quaint & unique. Waitress missed an item we ordered but no big deal because the food we did eat was delicious. Only remembered to take one picture but would definitely go back.
Came all the way from Boston to visit the city of Montreal & came across this place. being Hatian, i held high expectation to the food, & this place lived up to it, the food was bomb & the people working there was amazing, got a chance to connect with the owner, & he was a stand up guy & was super cool to connect with, thanks for a great experience.

We were visiting Montreal on holidays & went for a dinner. Pikliz was one of the best meals of our trip. The goat was amazing, the accras were so light & delicious & the rice djondjon was the prefect accompaniment. The staff were all so welcoming & we have wonderful conversations with everyone we dealt with. It's a great family restaurant that feels like going over to your friend's house for dinner, assuming your friend is also an amazing cook. We can't wait to go back next time we're in Montreal!
We had the poutine, the wrap & the rice they were so delicious. The drinks were amazing & the vibes in there outstanding! Definitely going back next time we're in mtl :) If you don't go you're missing out !
The food was absolutely delicious but the portions are far from what is expected from Haitian take out. I got the riz Djion-Djion as an extra for 10 dollars & the portion filled up the container. 15$ chicken for what seem to be half a chicken leg ( 7 tiny pieces). Overall excellent but overpriced for the portions. I probably won't be ordering from this place again.
Incredible food. We ordered catering for 15 people & everything was ready on time. The food was so tender & all the sauces on the side made everything taste even better. Will definitely come back for some drinks next time.
