J'ai pris un riz djondjon je m'attendais à mieux honnêtement. Quand j'étais parti le chercher il y'avait très peu de ( noir ) haïtiens. C'est à dire des gens blancs. Je me demande si c'est eux qui cuisinent aussi? Parce que le supposé plat Haitien que j'ai commandé n'est pas Haitien. Mon riz djondjon la on dirait un riz qu'on a décoré & mis du sel & puis c'est tout là. C'est vraiment une honte

Went for a lunch date on a weekday so the restaurant was pretty quiet. The waitress explained the menu in detail which we appreciated & the food was delicious. We will definitely be returning!

Had to drop some honest feedback: as a Haitian, Pikliz wasn't always my go?to when I needed that'back home' feeling. But last night… WOW. They nailed it. The service was warm & friendly, the atmosphere was lively, & everything tasted amazing. From the Hibiscus shots & lemonade to the accras, everything hit the spot. Then the mains came out: my fried chicken, djon djon rice, salad, & plantains were perfectly seasoned & so tasty. I'm actually excited to finish the rest today 😋

The food was great - very flavorful & well presented. The restaurant has a small menu with a few entrees like griot, tassot, shrimp & a range of sides including rice, salad & fried plantain. I think this works in their favor as the food was very good & I wasn't overwhelmed by too many options.
