A varied menu, courteous service and an exceptional quality/price ratio are the main ingredients of Normandin's success.
The love affair between Normandin and Quebecers is as passionate as ever. The success was instantaneous in 1969 when the first Normandin opened in Quebec City's Neufchâtel district. After several expansions, the ever-increasing demand led to the opening of new restaurants, so much so that in 1990, the greater Quebec City area had no less than 19 establishments, all offering dining room, private room, counter and delivery services.
Today, the Normandin network has more than 40 restaurants throughout Quebec and extends from Mont-Joli to Montreal. Still growing, the chain employs more than 2,700 people who are committed to offering the warm and friendly service that is the Normandin way.

J'ai pris l'assiette Brunch qui était très bonne. Toute les cuissons étaient à points. Mon épouse a pris l'assiette campagnarde & tout était délicieux.
Je dois avouer que nous n'étions pas retourner à ce restaurant plus d'un an avant la pandémie à cause des mauvaises cuissons (oeufs trop cuit, pâté à viande tellement cuit que la pâte était dure...).
Très nette amélioration. 👍

via LibroLe service est lent. 20 minutes avant d'avoir une serveuse a notre table pour prendre notre commande & un autre 20 minutes pour la recevoir. Donc 40 minutes avant de commencer notre repas . 15 minutes pour avoir du sel & du Ketchup , oubli des breuvages par la serveuse , la petite gérante qui cour après ses employés & qui a un visage loin d'être sympathique & accueillante.
