Food was topp, got the salt & pepper calamari (10/10), pig intestines (9/10) a bit too oily, & beef & broccoli (8/10).
The staff was friendly & insisted we didn't tip because we got takeout which I found nice. Also the pug is super cute & friendly.
Great place ! Food is delicious, staff is extremely friendly & welcoming, always with a smile & the best vibe , it's my to go place in my neighborhood, great price & great food ! I'll be coming back always !!! Thank you 😊
The fact that it's taking me this long to leave a review is crazy ngl. I've been coming here for about a year plus now. These people are family to me. Great food, great energy, they are the best ! I had told them I dropped a new song & this is what they sent back to me :)
It's a wonderful Northeast chinese restaurant. Pretty sure it's owned by a korean chinese (a minority in China) couple so some of the dishes are korean. The food was pretty good at affordable prices.
Rambling through the moonlit streets & alleys of Montreal there seems no hope of a sanctuary. The only life to be found in patrolling officers driving slowly by, the late night lovers on the park benches. Verging on calling quits, returning home hungry, I turn the corner &, alas, stumble into the swaying chinese menu in the wind, the fluorescently lit dining area, & the all important flickering'open' sign. An oasis. A lifeline. Mr. Dakgalbi. The pleasant, hardworking lady takes my order & I wait happily. I've already fallen in love, I just don't know it yet.
This is the best Chinese restaurant in all of Montreal. The food is delicious, the service is polite, & the interior is spectacularly clean. If you like Canadian Chinese food, this is where you should eat.
The aromas are on point & the food is good. The prices are fair too. Although, I highly recommend specifying your spice tolerance to the restaurant when you order. Eating the Mapo Tofu happened to be a spicier experience than the time I accidentally pepper-sprayed myself in the mouth. Still, I was able to finish my plate but I imagine that a lot of people wouldn't finish theirs.

This is an easy place to miss, especially with construction, but you should make the effort to find the place. The food is excellent & very affordable. Service was wonderful & I can't say enough good things.
The Mapo Tofu was SO FLAVOURFUL ..!! It was the best Mapo tofu Ive ever had !! The rice was very well cooked I enjoyed my 12 am late night yummiest Chinese food & felt blessed..!!❤️ Thank you so much for putting in so much effort for this recipe! I am so surprised google never showed me this restaurant since a year, accidentally tumbled on Uber eats!! They also sent me 2 biscuits & 4 candies 🍬 due to Easter..!!😍 I will surely be a regular at their restaurant now on🤩
