I recently celebrated my birthday at this amazing restaurant, & once again, they completely exceeded my expectations. I've been here many times before, & it's always been a favorite-which is exactly why I chose it for such a special occasion.
Since we were a large group, we had a set menu-& it was absolutely incredible. Every dish was delicious, beautifully presented, & there were even leftovers to enjoy afterward! The quality & flavor of the food were as outstanding as ever.
What truly made the brunch extra special was the service. The staff went above & beyond to accommodate my requests & made sure every detail was perfect. Their warmth, attentiveness, & genuine hospitality made the celebration feel truly personal & memorable.
Highly, highly recommended-whether you're planning an event or just looking for a consistently great dining experience. This place never disappoints!
Je suis allé pour un souper en famille. Le service est plein d'attention & très efficace. La carte est un peu limitée mais les plats sont de grande qualité. Les quantités sont limitées ce qui permet de profiter de chaque plat. Ambience un peu bruyante mais les tables sont bien espacées.
Une magnifique soirée sur la terrasse du Mélisse, personnel aux petits soin & cadre vraiment agréable (la terrasse est dans un espace calme proche d'une fontaine), & les plats à partager étaient super. Merci!
Même si tous les commentaires ici sont dithyrambiques, il me fait plaisir de rajouter le mien. J'habite Griffintown depuis peu & il y a beaucoup de restaurants, mais le Mélisse est définitivement mon coup de coeur. L'ambiance & le service sont incroyables. La proprio est attachante & chaleureuse & ça ne m'étonne pas qu'elle puisse retenir les services de tant de gens de qualité, autant aux cuisines qu'aux tables. Toutefois, la première raison de mon obsession est le raffinement & la qualité des plats. Chaque bouchée est une aventure. Du grand talent que je me fais un devoir de faire connaître à tous mes amis foodies.

Went here to celebrate a birthday & had such a wonderful time! Everyone was so welcoming & friendly, the waiter was wonderful helped us with our order & gave great recommendations! Each dish was better than the last, would absolutely recommend to others & return.

J'ai adoré ce restaurant! Il semblait que tout ce qui était au menu me donnait le goût de commander. Avec un bon choix de vins à la carte, vous trouverez un verre pour accompagner votre repas.

Menu différent des brunchs qu'on peut voir ailleurs. Ambiance chaleureuse. par contre quand le restaurant est complet c'est un peu bruyant. J'ai hâte d'y retourner quand la terrasse sera ouverte.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with hello & smiles from all staff, something many restaurants in Montreal lack. You feel welcomed as soon as you enter.
Our waitress (marocaine, cheveux foncés avec lunettes), was amazing.
The food was also delicious, the squash was to die for, & the crab of the night was extremely fresh & tasty.
The place is cozy with good lighting, & the aesthetic is very nice, great date place.
