The service is above average, & the food was top-notch, though. Why the service was lowered to "above average" was that just as I'm waiting to pay, another server decided to move to an umbrella to shade other tables & completely exposed us to the sun with zero shading & he did not even look at me to ask if that was okay. As the result, my server got no tips because I could not see the screen on the POS machine & I think I accidentally hit "cancel" instead of accept for the 18% tips. I did not realize that mistake until I got home & looked at the receipt.
Tès bon cote nourriture, vin & service. Ca prend 10 minutes, même avec une réservation pour avoir sa table, mais ensuite le service est rapide & excellent. Vers 13h15 les gens commencent à quitter & le resto devient beaucoup plus relax.
every choice on the menu from appetizer to desserts is outstanding . Cannot go wrong at Melisse . Amazing service from Waitress , great ambience . Wow !
Loved the vibe & ambiance of this place. Was modern & quaint at the same time. The food was amazing & the staff was super friendly. This was my husband & I's favorite breakfast spot during our trip to Montreal!

One of Montreal's finest. Menu is always good (& varies from time to time). Staff is extremely professional. Great atmosphere. I would highly recommend.
Le Mélisse est un de mes restos favoris dans Griffin Town. Beaucoup de personnel attentionné, un bon menu assez varié, souvent du poisson ou de la viande est offert & toujours de bonnes salades au menu. On aime manger des légumes & le Mélisse le sait & les prépare bien. Bravo!

Le service était très courtois & excellent. La nourriture était excellente & nous avons adoré l'ambiance du restaurant. Définitivement un restaurant que je recommande & auquel je retournerai.
Truly an experience! The food was so incredible, it was difficult to not try everything on the menu! The atmosphere was one that made us want to never leave. We cannot wait to come back!
We had a lovely lunch at restaurant mélisse yesterday! We really enjoyed the crudo as well as the mozzarella. Beautiful restaurant with great service. We loved the rhubarb panna cotta for dessert as well :) thank you!
