Toujours un excellent service & la propriétaire est tellement passionnée. L'environnement est accueillant & tous les personnel est super professionnel. Les saveurs sont au rendez-vous! Exquis! Je vous recommande fortement soit déjeuner, diner ou souper, 3 atmosphères différentes & agréables.
Le Mélisse in Old Montreal does not ever disappoint, from the warm welcome by its owner Caroline Desgagné to the perfect wine pairing by the friendly & efficient servers ably supported by sommelier Salomé Médam. This very first warm day of spring in Montreal, the restaurant was buzzing with the Montrealaise just coming out of hibernation (& having lived through a rather nasty ice storm the week before). & yes, the food was great from the very tasty tartare de boeuf & falafels croustillant to the shawarma plate with its perfectly cooked beef striploin (from PEI).
Décor agréable, service attentionné, menu varié, nourriture très gouteuse, portions raisonnables & prix abordables. La formule parfaite pour un agréable lunch.

What a wonderful lunch experience with my colleagues we had at Le Mélisse. Salomé our server was outstanding. So friendly & attentive, she brought sunshine to our table. All the plates that were chosen were tasty & so well presented. Thank you Sébastien for the exceptional execution. A special metion for the cheescake that was simply the best I had in a long time. Thank you for this memorable meal.
As always, such a pleasure to dine at Melisse. The food, the staff, the decor, the ambiance, the attention paid to the little things... one of our favorite restos since our first visit back in 2017 or 2018. Walking into Melisse is like getting a hug from someone you love. Everything about it is gentle, kind & reassuring. That might sound odd in a restaurant review, but it is the truth.
