I came to pick up an uber order & found out the order was somehow duplicated & the man was so amazing with his customer service. He remade the order for the Customer & went out of his way to make sure everyone involved was so happy, he was beyond polite & such a breath of fresh air. I 10/10 would recommend this place! Based on my experience, the 5 star reviews are no joke. & no I'm not a friend of whoever owns the place - before tonite I didn't even know this place existed, was just looking to pick up a good burger for a picnic along the water. Melano did not disappoint. Burger & poutine were fresh, tasty & not messy like at other places, perfect for a picnic. Highly recommended.View more
