I was really looking forward to the chicken biryani, but unfortunately, the chicken pieces were undercooked & slightly pink inside - a serious issue from both a taste & safety perspective. The rice was fragrant & well-seasoned, but the undercooked meat ruined the experience. I hope the kitchen tightens up their food safety protocols.Voir plus

I don't speak English or French, & I'm not familiar with Indian cuisine, so I asked him to guide me. For starters, a kind of vegetable spring roll made me think this was going to be good.
