Nous avons été enchanté de notre soirée. Les accords mets & vin étaient parfaits. Je soulignerais plus particulièrement le goût de toutes les sauces, vinaigrettes ou bouillons. Ils étaient sublimes. Cependant, je dirais que dans tous les plats que nous avons goûtés, celui qui nous semblait le moins réussi était le plat de viande. Contrairement aux plats précédents ainsi que du dessert, il on trouvait qu'il manquait de délicatesse. Dernière chose, le choix musical serait à revoir. Déjà que c,est assez bruyant, la musique semblait destinée à un public ciblé, c'est-à-dire les jeunes dans la trentaine. Malgré cela, je le recommande chaudement.

Personnel attentionné, très bon choix de vins. Tout était très bon, malheureusement tous les plats étaient un peu trop salés. Ce qui m'empêche de mettre 5 étoiles.

Truly a dining experience. Each course was a new & exciting flavor profile, yet all worked together seamlessly. The ingredients were fresh & local - which came through in every bite. We did not opt for the wine pairing & instead made our way through the cocktail list. Nothing disappointed.
Already looking forward to my next visit here!

Un charmant endroit où les produits locaux & leur fraîcheur sont les vedettes. Excellent service par toute l'équipe, même le chef y participe. Les plats sont plaisants pour les yeux & délectables en bouche. Simple mais délicieusement délicieux.
