les vins oranges sont plus difficiles à plaire - peut-être remplacé plus par du vin blanc à découvrir - mais tout de même, une très belle expérience - Merci!
Close to amazing. A ton of thought & time clearly went into each dish. Scallops were phenomenal & the duck was perfect. The issue I had was that the meal as a whole was too overwhelming. The collective result of duck fat, cream, butter & eggs across the entire meal was too much. I'd suggest just a touch of hollandaise to adorn the expertly-cooked arctic char instead of bathing it in it. Less is definitely more with these ingredients.

Une cuisine de haut niveau, une réussite sur toute la ligne. Des plats finement travaillés avec des produits du terroir & de saison. La sommelière Frédérique offre un service impeccable. & comme c'est sympathique que les cuisiniers & le chef viennent eux-mêmes nous présenter les plats en salle. Bravo! Nous y reviendrons sans hésitation.
There is a reason they are the second highest rated restaurant in all of Canada. They are passionate about what they do & it comes out in their dishes & impeccable service. Tres Magnificent!!!

The food was very good, but the kitchen was extremely slow. The meal took 3.5 hrs. for a five-course meal, this beyond unacceptable when there are only two set options & no a la carte menu. Do better, as your customers should not be dozing off at the table.
Très belle expérience dînatoire. La nourriture était exquise & le mélange de saveurs inoubliables. La sommelière était très connaissante, en insistant sur tous les petits détails qui rendent la dégustation encore meilleure. Très bons accords vins/plats. Nous avons eu la chance de parler au chef Simon. Très passionné par son travail. Super humble mais combien heureux de faire ce métier. L'anecdote de son prix EnRoute d'Air Canada montre à quel point le succès est la portée de tous. Merci & nous serons de retour.
Outstanding tasting menu. Such creativity. Service was also excellent. Wish the lighting was a little brighter so I could have better appreciated the appearance of the dishes!

A spectacular & memorable evening. One of my top 3 fine-dining experiences in MTL (I live here). I had the tasting menu, which really highlighted some local gems (I have never enjoyed beans quite like this in my life). Great wine pairings, & just a quick walk to the subway. It was sublime. Thanks!
The tasting menu with the wine pairings was phenomenal! Each dish was perfectly composed to showcase local flavors. The staff & service was above & beyond. We will absolutely be back next time we're in Montreal!
