C'est mon resto préféré ! Je suis excitée à chaque fois. Vous maîtrisez les accords de sauces 🤤 & de vins! Chaque bouché est surprenante & du pur bonheur. Aussi, vous mettez les artistes-cuisiniers, le staff & les producteurs. Bref, je suis fan de votre approche ! Continuez !

La sommelière vient nous décrire son choix des vins ainsi que la complicité/complexité aux plats qui suivont. .Le Chef Simon & son équipe viennent nous présenter eux-mêmes les plats & saveurs. Mais avec la musique & l'ambiance, la citation rapide des mets est parfois difficile à entendre. Avoir l'opportunité d'avoir un "feuillet souvenir" , daté qui plus est, est une belle attention. Envisager la description même des plats oralement décrite par les membres de la cuisine lors du service ajouterait encore plus de poésie à ce que nos papilles ont rapportées à la maison.Une équipe vraie, une bouffe qui parle par elle-même. Un chef sans prétention. Le plus bel anniversaire de ma vie. Nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner !!!!!

Très très bon menu.
Service impeccable.
Salle bruyante, mais on m'a informé que des rénovations s'en viennent. Ça va prendre de la texture pour l'insonorisation!
