Accueil & service chaleureux, décontractés, cuisine impeccable & savoureuse, composition, texture, visuel, la totale. Un menu à l'aveugle dont le prix est en équation avec la qualité & le savoir-faire. Simon Mathis & son équipe font une travail remarquable.
Ambiance humaine & service attentionné. Saveurs locales. Cuisine très créative & délicieuse. Devraient élargir les options de vin blanc au verre, pour les petits buveurs.

We came because of the reviews but will definitely return! Food was beautifully prepared celebrating all local products. Signature cocktails were fabulous! Don't change a thing.
Very creative, great mix of flavours & textures, but my friend & I both felt that some of the foods were too salty, & we found that the restaurant was too dark & the tables were too close together, making it a bit noisy. Worth trying, but they could improve on a few things.
Great, creative, passionate team & service staff putting together a delicious blind tasting. A little on the pricey side but not out of line with other restaurants of this calibre.
Nous aurions aimé resté & prendre un digestif mais nous avons malheureusement dû libérer la table. Cela a fini la soirée un peu abruptement mais nous sommes conscient que ça arrive. Nous avons très bien mangé & avons adoré notre soirée!
