Great service & food. Would have been a nice touch to substitute the meat-based side dishes (ex. Lamb sausage) from the pescaterian alternative menu rather than not serving it. Overall a great experience & would come back

Amazing & creative dishes. Delicate tastes & combinations. Excellent wine pairings. The amuse-bouche was the least interesting item & was outrageously priced compared to the rest of the set menu. I would definitely repeat this experience.

Rien à dire. De la cuisine au service, tout est exceptionnel. On aime aussi la transparence sur l'origine & la qualité des produits. Bravo d'avoir le courage également de n'être ouverts que la semaine afin de donner une meilleure qualité de vie à vos employés. & LE PAIN, incroyable !

Nous avons adoré le concept de carte blanche. Les accords mets/vins étaient parfait! J'ai eu du mal à terminé mon dernier service, c'était beaucoup de nourriture. C'était vraiment délicieux, nous allons certainement reprendre l'expérience lors d'une nouvelle saison!

Musique trop forte, commentaire des serveurs inaudibles du fait de la musique, quel dommage aussi pour la conversation. Niveau sonore mesuré à 95 dba. Le souper excellent, une pointe de sel de trop. Nous adorons votre cuisine.
