Superbe restaurant, nous avons adoré, le seul petit point constructif que j'aimerais vous apportez est la température de la nourriture, celle-ci est trop froide, un plat m'as un peu moins plu vu la présence de trop d'éléments divergents dans l'assiette soit celui avec les pâtes fumées, mais j'ai tout de même terminé mon plat. Au niveau de la présentation des vins, WoW une vrai poésie! Je recommande ce restaurant, c'est une découverte à toutes les fois.

Trop copieux à notre gout. Je n'ai personnellement pas apprécié le plat de poisson, la sauce était trop riche. Autrement très bon service & belle ambiance!

English follow Ce repas figure parmi les meilleures expériences culinaires en termes de rapport qualité-prix de toute ma vie. La présentation était soignée, & l'exécution était maîtrisée avec une précision remarquable. Même l'humble topinambour a été sublimé & s'est élevé au rang de noblesse dans cette assiette. Les vins, choisis en dehors des sentiers battus, ont parfaitement accompagné chaque plat, & le service était à la fois affable & chaleureux. On peut clairement percevoir que l'équipe aime ce qu'elle fait, ce qui se traduit par une ambiance sereine en cuisine, sans aucun signe de stress apparent. Ma première visite a créé une addiction culinaire que je suis sûr de la nourrir à nouveau, car ce ne sera certainement pas la dernière. One of the best value-for-money meals of my life. Impeccable presentation & masterful execution. Even the humble Jerusalem artichoke has become noble. Wines off the beaten path, yet in perfect harmony with friendly & amiable service. It clearly shows that the team enjoys working together. Moreover, the kitchen is calm, with no apparent stress. I became addicted after my first visit, & it certainly won't be the last.
