Je tiens à préciser que le quatrième plat (par exemple la viande) était très salé ... mais le vin a aidé à le faire baisser.
Un 5 services tellement équilibré. Les plats étaient diversifiés, pas trop lourds, colorés, innovants. Je n'ai pas pris l'accord mets & vins mais il avait l'air on point. La sommelière est WOW. C'était passionnant l'écouter. La salle est d'une parfaite taille. J'ai bien aimé que les cuisiniers nous apportent & expliquent les plats aussi. Rien à redire, allez-y, tout simplement!
All I can say is wow. One of the best meals I have had in a long time. Everything was beautifully crafted, flavourful & unique. Can't wait for my next visit.
J'adore le sel mais ici, est-ce croyable, je dis trop de sel , faisant parfois disparaitre toutes les autres saveurs. Joli & chouette resto, jolies présentations mais manque total d'harmonie entre les saveurs, comme si on voulait trop en mettre ça devient incohérent. Sympathique de mettre le nom des équipes sur papier au tout début, mais serait bien aussi de nous donner la description des plats avant la fin du repas parce que les serveurs & cuisiniers, forts pressés, nous récitent cela à une vitesse incompréhensible.
This was my second time dining at Mastard. The food & service were impeccable. The chef's creations feature a great deal of creativity & take advantage of local seasonal offerings. I especially loved the sauces that accompanied each of the pre-dessert courses. I highly recommend this restaurant for special occasions or any trip to Montreal.
Incredibly inventive menu with seasonal ingredients! Visited on a Monday in mid-June...lettuce tart with seared scallop dish was memorable, & the rhubarb & cream dessert was beyond delicious. Well worth it for the price. Highly recommend!

Mastard est devenu, depuis son ouverture en pleine pandémie, notre restaurant préféré. Le service est toujours impeccable & attentionné, les plats succulents & créatifs, avec la part belle aux aliments locaux & de saison. On adore!
