Mon seul & unique bémol a été au dernier service salé que j'ai dû recracher un morceau de viande parce que il y a avait un nerfs & la tendreté du morceau n'était pas au rendez-vous

Ceci dit le service était exceptionnel
Les saveurs était au rendez-vous
Les accord mets & vin était parfait & j'ai passé une excellente soirée
