Le service était impeccable. L'accord mets-vins plus que parfait. On a particulièrement apprécié la présentation des vignobles, & le narratif au sujet des producteurs. Super intéressant, on vous sent vraiment proches de vos produits. Merci pour l'adaptation des menus au régime sans gluten ni produits laitiers. C'était réussi en dépit des contraintes. Commentaire plus constructif : beaucoup (trop?) de plats salés? Merci encore, on vous recommandera.

Second time in Mastard. We love the quality & diversity of the food. The 5 courses menu allow us to taste many flavours! The wine from the Domaine de Nival was incredible....we look forward to come back.

food was overall flavorful but the temperature was off. e.g. the donut with shredded cheese shd ideally be freshly fried (or reheated)l before serving). seared scallop was serve in a lukewarm bed of garnish that was off putting. using heated plates may help.

Out of the ordinary & delicious food, friendly & experienced service. I love the mysterious aspect of the menu as well. Wine pairing was also on point. Far from downtown but worth!
