L'expérience était superbe en tout point. L'accueil & le service soigné. L'équipe est mise en avant sur le menu & c est suffisamment rare pour être souligné. Ils brisent les codes avec les cuisiniers qui viennent vous servir les plats à table. Vous permettant ainsi un échange privilégié avec eux & notamment avec le chef Simon Mathys. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un sommelier plein d'attention & avec un amour de son travail.... Les plats sont une véritable invitation à la découverte : mariage des saveurs, textures, couleurs & avec une belle exploitation des produits locaux. Un gros bravo à vous ! On reviendra !

Super bon service! Notre serveuse était vraiment sympathique. Chaque plats étaient incroyables. Le pétoncle est probablement la meilleur chose que j'ai mangé de ma vie. J'ai capoté! Un gros merci.

Mes attentes étaient très hautes & qui dit attentes élevés, dit souvent déception! Eh bien non! De l'accueil à la sortie, le service était très chaleureux & nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise dès notre entrée chez Mastard. Chaque plat était réfléchi, avec de la complexité au niveau du goût & des textures. Je recommande d'ailleurs l'accord mets-vin si la carte blanche y est disponible. J'adore le concept que l'équipe en cuisine & le chef viennent présenter leurs plats. Shoutout à toute l'équipe de Simon Mathys en cuisine & l'équipe en salle pour cette soirée !
