Des plats exquis dans une ambiance décontractée. Les portions ont été parfaites pour moi mais pour les mangeurs de grosses portions, il se peut qu'ils aient encore faim. Pour ma part, je ne pouvais rien avaler de plus & de cette manière, aucun gaspillage. Le chef est venu nous servir un des plats, nous l'avons reconnu sinon il ne se présente pas & passe incognito avec les autres membres de l'équipe. Si discret avec un si grand talent! Vous ne trouverez aucun sel & poivre sur la table & vous n'en aurez aucun besoin, tout est assaisonné à la perfection. Les bouillons & sauces sont si bons qu'on voudrait "licher" les assiettes. Ça va devenir un incontournable pour mon conjoint & moi & notre prochaine réservation est déjà prise!
La musique était un peu trop forte, une ambiance plus feutrée correspondrait mieux pour moi à la grande qualité de la cuisine. Nous avons cependant passé une excellente soirée, Cécile etait charmante & aux petits soins pour nous.
Simplement génial, accueil chaleureux, explications du menu & des vins complètes, recherchées & passionnées, un gros wow! Une belle gang, leadée par un chef inspiré, vraiment une belle expérience. Nous somme partis de la rive-sud & nous le referons certainement.
Ayant écouté l'émission de François Régis Gaudry sur France Inter en France & leur enthousiasme pour ce restaurant, j'ai profité du voyage pour le découvrir & le faire découvrir. Nous nous sommes vraiment régalés. C'est beau, c'est excellent, étonnant & l'ambiance est, de plus, très chaleureuse !!

Attention à la musique d'ambiance dont le volume est un peu trop élevé. Ceci nous force à parler fort, réduisant ainsi notre intimité, & en résulte une atmosphère trop bruyante.
Wonderful dinner, unique lesser known wines & excellent service. Emphasis on tasty light sauces & vegetables. Only marred by a broken air conditioner on a very hot day.
Casual atmosphere.
Excellente table à l'approvisionnement local, pointu & de qualité. Le service est très agréable. Seul tout petit bémol, la salle un peu sombre & triste à mon goût.
Not sure what the idea was behind the shrimp waffle with beef but it wasn't cohesive. Dessert, though tasty didn't match up to the rest of the meal.
Corn + brown butter + scallop= phenomenal! The underdog on that dish is the pastry of the tart. Amazing!
Refreshing to enjoy a straight forward prix fixe / Carte blanche menu. Despite being a tasting menu, appropriate alterations were made for our party with one of the guests being pregnant. The corn tart dish was our favourite of the night, & the canteloupe dessert was phenomenal as well. The wine pairing was very interesting to try new wines. Thanks for a wonderful night back in Montreal!
